The place is big, very comfortable bedding, and the staff is super helpful, they even installed a Bidet in the toilet per our request.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Apartments which offer spacious and well-equipped rooms that are kept neat and tidy. Location is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, the airport and several lovely beaches. A rental car makes exploring Praslin a lot quicker and easier, but the local buses basically stop in front of the accomodation. Fanastic value for your money been provides by the very friendly host family.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartments and outdoor facilities. Everything that you need ist provided. The beach, great restaurants, supermarkets and a Bus Stop are nearby. The local hosts Maggie and Stephan make the real difference, they we're super accommodating and helpful!!!

Small things that aren't worth mentioning. The pros outweighed any downsides

The building is quite new, everything was clean and fresh. Room was good equipped. There were available some attractions as pool, bilard and table football. Owners and crew was super kind! Really nice place to stay during holidays.

I’m so grateful for Maggie and Stephan for having me. I had an amazing few days in their lovely house. I was welcomed by Maggie who was very kind and helpful. The house is newly built. They have a nice pool and seating area on the ground floor. The apartment was neat ,good location with few shops and restaurants around. The bus stop was literally infront of the building. I can’t thank them enough for personally taking me to the ferry station after a last minute cancellation and they insisted that I don’t pay for the ride. Thanks again and hope I see you again:)

Big appartment. With all necessary equipment. Good air condition in both bedroom and main room. Nice staff. Close to the beach.

Better to go to a different beach than the one close by. Not well maintained and a lot of seaweed both floating and on the beach.

The property is great value for money! The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our stay - kettle, fridge, microwave, stove and we could borrow beach towels. The hosts, Stephane and Maggie, were very welcoming and helpful. They happily assisted us with any queries and gave us recommendations for things to do and see around the island. The apartment is well located and in walking distance to the beach - Grand Anse, multiple small shops, restaurants and takeaways. Although Grand Anse is not the best beach to swim at due to the seaweed, it is easy to hire a car or get a taxi to nearby beaches.

The property is really well looked after, super clean and the hosts Stephan and Maggie are extremely hospitable and really cater to all your needs. We were also able to rent a car directly through them at an affordable price. Everything was seamless. Will 100 percent recommend this place.

Wonderful new self service apartment, which I even walked to from the airport! the host is super nice, he drove me to the start of a hike, which I never would have found by myself. The room was very clean and comfortable. They also helped me booking an excursion and with a rental car. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and very clean apartments. They provide car rental as well, very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again once we are back to Praslin.

Superbly equipped, extremely clean, and comfortable apartments that offer everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday. Stephan is a great host! We appreciate the location of the apartment house right by the bus stop, close to shops, and good access to the airport on foot (if you arrive at Praslin airport). We were happy with everything and would love to come back!

Maybe just the noise from the main road (but we knew that beforehand) :-)

Everything exceeded our expectations. We loved that the apartments are family owned business. The host was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. The terrace and pool area looked very nice and relaxing. We also loved the location. I would recommend to everyone and would not hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Praslin.

Good location, very good apartment, more than perfect service!

The size of the apartment, how it looked like and how it was equipped with everything we needed(hair drier in the closet, safe, even a power adaptor), the yard, its proximity to that nice beach ( we went through Villas de mer yard) the staff very very friendly -Stephane was very kind and helped us with directions, recommendations, an iron when we needed it and let us stay for a couple more hours over check out. But also the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind.

The only thing that was annoying was the sewage pf the sink and of the walk-in shower, as the water stayed there a while.

Close to the beach (50m), it was supernice without sea weed. Apartmens are really spacious with all needed facilities. Area is quite calm and only 5 min with bus/car to the village with banks and take aways. Takes only 15 minutes with car to Anse Georgette and Vallée de Mai. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

The spacious apartment, the hosts and the pool area to chill. I recommend. Not far from two of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin (Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio)

Noise from a workshop/garage next to the place. But you are at some point getting use to it. A bit far from the “city”, but the bus is a good opportunity. Still I would give it 10, because the Price matches the minuses!
