Recensione verificataLa struttura si trova in una posizione buona, la signora (che non è la proprietaria è molto carina e simpatica). Ci hanno aiutato a fittare una macchina.
Purtroppo ci è stata data una stanza che non può essere definitiva tale, al prezzo di €70, ci è stata assegnata una stanza che era davvero sporca. Non aveva aria condizionata (ma non era il male peggiore), il bagno era separata dalla stanza da una tenda, la pulizia era discutibile, per scaricare il bagno bisognava girare una manopola e attivare l'acqua. Non posso giudicare le altre stanze, magari siamo stati solo sfortunati, però allego immagine..

Recensione verificataLa struttura è vicina alla spiaggia e alla fermata del bus. Ritah è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile ad aiutarci a trovare taxi, escursioni e auto a noleggio.
La struttura è vecchia, poco accogliente e le foto non rispecchiano la realtà delle camere.

Recensione verificataRitha, la housekeeper molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato dei consigli e ci ha assistito sempre.
La villa é composta da due strutture immobiliari. La prima, il corpo centrale ha 3 belle stanze grandi con finestre e bagno in camera. La seconda struttura invece é una dependance che ha finestre solo in bagno, senza zanzariere, quindi entrano tutti gli insetti possibili e l'unica finestra della stanza é la porta di entrata. Le stanze vengono fatte pagare allo stesso prezzo, cosa che non ritengo corretta e dalle foto presenti sul sito ció non traspare. In una delle tre stanze della dependance non funzionava l'aria condizionata e non si chiudeva la serratura. Ho rinunciato a quella camera mettendo quelle due persone a dormire con me e ho ricevuto solamente uno sconto di 100 euro (nemmeno il costo di una notte). Inutile dire che sono parecchio delusa e non consiglio di dormire in questa struttura.

We are situated 4 minutes walk from the beach and village which was very practical for you We are a budget guest house and offer very low rates, whilst offering most services . We offered you exclusivity of the Villa with own sitting room and large verandah at NO extra cost . We offerred you large rooms of over 25 sq m, all with mosquito nets installed over the bed All rooms are cleaned by Ritha everyday 🙌 We thank you for Ritha . I , Edith was also there to assist guests , till late at night We had a chat and I refunded you 100 € on the group's booking . Each of the 6 rooms was 189 € for the 3 nights and I refunded you 100€ of the 189 € more than one night's rate I agreed to pay the group's Levy Tax which amounted to 850 scr ( about 60€ ) Regrets the working aircon did not have its remote control, which has been replaced since . Recensione verificataVicino alla spiaggia, alla fermata del bus e ai negozi. C'è un bel giardino. Si può mangiare in veranda. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Shampoo e bagnoschiuma non vengono forniti; solo un sapone piccolo. Non c'è il barbecue. Nel bungalow gli utensili da cucina erano ridotti al minimo e non c'era né microonde, né forno né lavatrice. Forse sono nella struttura principale. La parete che divide il bagno dalla camera da letto non arriva fino al soffitto, quindi si sentono rumori e odori e non c' è una zanzariera alla finestra. L' armadio è in bagno.

Madame Simone good day to you. Thank you for your stay of ONE night , which is NOT common in our establishment . Our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights and more - up to one month. 😁😇👍👏 We gave you our most beautiful chalet , newly upgraded in august, and all well decorated by Ritha .- the very nice staff you have awarded a high note of 10 . So if there were insects we would have appreciated you inform her , so she could clean. We have photos Madame . We clean the rooms EVERYDAY and change linen every 3 days . We clean even more in detail for ARRIVALS You spent ONE night so for sure your room WAS cleaned for your ARRiVAL Thank you for details about our location - yes we are lucky to be able to offer you such a location 3 mins walk from our beautiful each at affordable rate . Recensione verificataBuona posizione, in 5 minuti a piedi sei alla spiaggia e nel centro di Cot D’Or. Carino il porticato dove poter stare la sera. La proprietaria gentile, pronta a a chiarirti i dubbi vari.
Struttura vecchia e sporca. Asciugamani e lenzuoli macchiati. Cucina datata con accessori vecchi e arrugginiti, che non ti invogliano ad utilizzarli.

Recensione verificataLa proprietaria è davvero una persona d'oro, gentilissima e sempre reperibile per ogni esigenza. In generale la struttura era carina e accogliente, ottima posizione vicino a spiaggia e al piccolo centro con supermercati e fermata del bus.
Purtroppo devo segnalare che la pulizia generale era abbastanza scadente. Inoltre alcuni giorni l'acqua nelle camere era davvero scarsa (addirittura una mattina è mancata); una sera ho dovuto farmi la doccia fuori in giardino (anche se devo ammettere che è stata un'esperienza abbastanza divertente). Altra cosa è che la lavatrice è a pagamento (100 rupie) ma ho notato che è comune alle Seyshelles. Infine sconsiglio di stendere negli stendini in giardino siccome a Praslin capitano spesso acquazzoni improvvisi.

Important for potential guests 🙏😇 We cleaned your room daily and changed your sheets and towels every 3 days or when wet , esp the foot towel. We washed after your cooking in the kitchen ..free..! We cleaned the sink and emptied the dustbin . We cleaned after the sand left under the verandah every day from towels . So general cleaning was done 🙏🎵 During rainy days you can dry your clothes under the verandah by moving the racks , over under the roof of the verandah . We provide 2 movable drying racks for the occasion . Yes for your laundry, we charged a very minimum rate of 100 scr( 6 euros ) for 1 machine . My full regrets for the water cut the day you arrived. We were on water restrictions as it had not rained for 4 months , until this week . S E Monsoon is a dry season . We did offer you water gallons and the next day we had abundance water as today . We have now connected 2 water tanks 💧💧 Universe has sent us holy water so we are all happy💙 Seychelles and our small Praslin Island 🌴 need water too💧💧💧💧 Wishing you many more happy holidays as in Coco Bay Villa .
