We got some fresh fruits from the trees in the garden (coconut and papaya) and we loved it. A rental car is beneficial as walking distances are quite long. Nice starting point to explore Praslin.

This place truly lives up to its name — a perfect hideaway! I absolutely loved the wide setback area with a large lawn that keeps you away from the noise of the road. Step outside, and you’re greeted with a stunning, peaceful ocean view that instantly puts you at ease. Staying here was such a pleasure — the room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed! Housekeeping came every day to tidy up and take out the trash, which made our stay wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable!

The equipment of the bathroom is a bit obsolete.

The location of the bungalows are excellent, a few minutes drive from the beautiful Anse Lazio, and far away from the busy areas. The owners and the staff are extremely kind and flexible. Upon arrival we have received coconuts and tropical fruits. The bungalow is big, the bed is huge. The place is extremely clean, the staff cleans it every day.

Lighting in the rooms could be better and there is no supermarket nearby.

One night there was a complete electricity shutdown on the island .. there is no power back up in this property and it was very hot that night and we weren’t able to get good sleep.

Location of the property was good… it was very close to Anse lazio beach and various super markets. Since this was a self catering 1 bhk bungalow had a beautiful garden and all amenities like fridge, cookware, cutlery, washing machine etc. the staff was good and helpful.

The only thing I couldn’t do with: seeing the poor tortoise being held on that very trist and super small patch (5 square meters at max!) made me cry. Come on, you have so much space - if you have to keep such a beauty in captivity, at least build him or her nice home! Let us know once that’s done - and we will be back with our junior.

What a great home away from home! We’ve loved our stay at HideAway. We’ve stayed in the wooden chalet (Lakaz) which was simply great: spacious, comfy, clean. The highlight was probably the large wooden terrace where we’ve spent most of the time ‚at home‘. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a „hideaway“ - there are a few other holiday homes, a nice beach where some locals mingle, and the beautiful garden/compound - that’s it. We’ve liked being remote and off the buzz - and we‘ve gone to all places on the island by bus which was easy to do. The bus stop is literally at your doorstep. Just keep in mind that the buses don’t run that frequently and that the schedule is rather an indication of frequency per day than anything else. But hey, you’re on holiday :). Oh, and yes there is a little grocery store next door - but the owners were away for three months, so grocery shopping at core d‘ore by bus. The landlady was very kind. And we were even treated with some fruits. And could stay on the Terrasse after checkout. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at HideAway. This was the start of our honeymoon in Seychelles, unfortunately we didn’t have a great start as we arrived without our luggage. The lovely lady offered clothes for us both to wear to keep us going for a few days They also provided us with fresh fruits from the garden in the morning which was amazing In a great location with a lovely room with huge bed . The furniture were a little bit updated, but while we were there they were changing the couch in one apartment and painting another one. If you want to reach Anse Volbert and Côte d’Or you need a car or you have to use the bus.

The apartment is in a quite neighbourhood, even with the main street just outside the gate there were no noises. Erny, the owner of the Hideaway apartments is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was done every day. The kitchen and the bathroom were clean and functional. The bed in our room was huge! The patio with table and chairs was perfect, in the only rainy day of our vacation we were able to stay outside without problem.

Didn't like the tinted windows, which don't let a lot of daylight into the apartment, but I guess that's a personal thing ;)

Loved the location, not many tourists around, the beach in front of the apartment was usually completely empty :) And, of course, the bed was super comfortable, as everyone else says, absolutely loved it.

Nothing to say as not good. Except we faced a unique problem. The sensor lights of next property was facing our bedroom and it was blinking entire night instead of working as sensor alarm, was disturbing our sleep. Constant flashing of light.

No breakfast. Its self catering apartment. Amazing location. The apartment is located Just opposite beach. Enjoying the morning coffee, listening to the chirping of black parrots & other birds, along with gentle waves of the ocean, was our daily routine😊

We loved the little apartment, the location was fantastic for getting around the island but also right on the beach front. The apartment was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed to settle in and “live”. The bed was huge and comfortable with great AC to cool the room, the kitchen had what we needed for cooking, everything worked absolutely fine including the washing machine and there was space in the lounge or outside the front for relaxing or sunbathing. There are big spacious grounds for parking and it is clearly signposted on the road. The staff were also very friendly, they clearly explained the water ban from the government to us and checked in on us throughout our stay, even bringing fresh fruit from the garden.

Choice of tv channels was limited to one movie channel which was not very good and it depends on the owner's choice as to what else you get

Location was Ok but the beach was not suitable for swimming as there was a lot of silt. You need a car to take full advantage as there no shops nearby but otherwise a beautiful property. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept for a very long time with a hotel deluxe mattress.
