The sea is so close that you can hear it during the night (the waves breaking of the stones), but we had windy weather…

The villa is amazing it has everything you need for your stay. Tania has been super helpful from minute one, replying and assisting with all the questions and requests we had. The views of the villa are simply exceptional.

Great host, excellent location, best of the best...

Great villa with lots of nice amenities. Tania gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home and taken care of. Jump into an aquarium right in front, a bit slippery though to get down. We ordered delivery both nights which was very tasty, although kitchen is also very well equipped with icemaker fridge and espressomachine! Beautifull to sit outside, just enjoying the view, cooling off in the little pool. We saw a whole group of dolphins in front passing by! Shops and busstop nearby.

No wifi in the bedrooms. Bathroom bit dark. Didn't get the kayak down by myself, you need to be with 2 and tall.. Our stay was too short! We hope to be back soon!

There was nothing we did not like.

Nothing all was perfect !

Waking up to this beautiful view every morning was simply amazing! We loved spending a week on the island and especially in this villa - also thanks to our super attentive and generous hosts! Thanks for everything!

The Marquise Villa was everything we anticipated and more. I highly recommend a stay here or the neighboring Infinity Villa. A private pool and direct access to the small beach were a huge plus for our son. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hosts, Tania and Marc, were super friendly and responsive and both went out of their way to make our time at the villa and in Mahe enjoyable. Marc prepared a delicious local fish dish for us that we grilled up in the oven. Even the housekeeper, Yana, was a delight and provided us helpful suggestions. Tania helped us procure a rental vehicle upon arrival and helped us get set up for our first night in the house. We were welcomed with a smorgasbord of local fruits we snacked on the whole week. The property is located across the street from a well-stocked grocery store and at least one restaurant will deliver to the villa. Other restaurants are only a short drive away. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had all the utensils and basic spices we needed. They also provided a good number of snacks. Snacks! Tania and Marc also provided some basic water sports gear: life vests, flippers, kayak. You really can’t go wrong with a stay at this property.

We had lots of little visitors (ants) in the main bathroom. While this was not a deal breaker and the hosts did their best to mitigate the infestation safely, it was an irritant. Yes, nature… ;-)

all was perfect

One of the best homes we stayed in. Place is cozy, super clean, has perfect views and just gives you that overall vacation vibe. Tania is the best host one can hope for. I definitely recommand this place 100%. The only small downside is the sometimes slow wifi, but you get used to that in the Seychelles anyway. Overall a perfect stay.

We have spent the best days of our life here, a very welcoming hosts, ready to assist and help anytime. The villa view is charming and the pool is privet and you have a good area in the beach to relax.

I can’t find anything wrong in the villa.

It was the most beautiful villa we had during our Honeymoon <3 Everything was wonderful - the patio with the pool where you can watch the most magnificent sunsets, the little beach and perfect snorkeling location, the kajak, the beautiful bedrooms with the palm roof, the new yet traditional interior, and -beyond all- the hospitality of Tania & team. She brought us fresh coconuts & other fruits and made us the most wonderful welcome. She also gave us tipps and was always available if we had questions. We would definitely come back <3

Nothing really to complain about (especially for us on our Honeymoon) but be aware that the internet is a bit slow. Also because of the palm roof, it can be quite loud if it's windy and the sea is rough at night. For people with light sleep, I'd sugget ear plugs :) but again: I'd still recommend this villa 100%.

The view, the pool, the host 😊 We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute there. There is a lot of attention to details.
