I really like the place, it is on a very calm spot with a perfectly shaped French style garden. If you are lucky and there is wind, there will be no mosquitoes and you can enjoy sitting on the terrace even with the light on or in the early hours waiting for the sunset. The cleaning is impeccable, the apartment is well equipped and the air-con is good. It is close to the jetty and next to a bus stop from which you can get to Fond Ferdinand (which 3 minutes from the bus stop when you get off the bus) or on the other side of the island to Anse Lazio by bus, then around 20 minutes by foot. There is a great takeaway over the bus stop with really good choice of food. If you plan to visit Vallée de Mai, you should go to the bus stop on the Jetty junction.

We could not choose a better place to explore Praslin: close to the ferry harbour, to bus stops and to several supermarkets and services, it really allowed us to explore the island with no issues. Apartment was spacious and airy, with a nice terrace to have our meals and relax. The supplied breakfast was tasty and rich, and its timing could be tailored to our plans for the day (on our checkout day we were also supplied a packed breakfast since our ferry was quite early). But the best part was absolutely our landlady, Dorina. Always smiling and available, she really made our stay memorable.

It was incredible, the room magnificent and spacious, the location is ideal for visiting the island, the extraordinary staff took great care of us throughout our stays, the owner always available for her guests with smiles and always in a good mood, the extra breakfast with fresh fruit, omelette, juice, tea and coffee, it was great, thanks again to the owner.

It's a great location for someone who wants to move around the island using local buses, within walking distance from ferry terminal. The host Dorina is a wonderful person, she helped me a lot with organising trip and provided all useful information. The apartment was very clean and breakfasts were delicious!

The accommodation was in a beautiful garden, on the terrace there was a seating area overlooking the green hills. The room was clean, practical, there was a kitchenette. We used the microwave and fridge. The lady cleaned every day, very carefully and also prepared amazing breakfasts. I would like to thank the lady very much. The host, Mrs. Dorina was very friendly, helpful, advised us on everything we needed, she gave us a welcome refreshing juice, which was very pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation, because it is an important part of the whole holiday. Thank you Mrs. Dorin and the lady who made amazing breakfasts, we remember!

Walking distance from Ferry port. Great Location. Nice and Clean rooms and view was excellent from room. Garden in front is very well made and maintained. Bus stop and market is at walking distance. Breakfast was nice and hospitality of both the caretaker and owner was really good. Top recommendation for your stay in Praslin.

Be prepared for some geckos in the room. Also wifi was not the best. But these are minor, overall experience was great!

Location is close to Ferry, host was very friendly and gave us the ride to the ferry the last day and also gave us suveneirs in the end.

The guest house is lovely, located 15 minutes walking from the ferry terminal, 5 minutes from bus stop. Room very comfortable and spotless clean. Breakfast very good, fresh fruit, juice, jam, toasted bread, peanut butter, cheese cream and eggs. Mrs Dorina is a perfect host, she arranges excursions and helps you in every way. The perfect place to be.

My double room was in effect a spacious one bedroom appartment, with a big lovely balcony overlooking the nature around and had kitchen facilities, like microwave boiler etc. The big double bed was very confortable, as well the bathroom with a big cabin shower. All fornitures were new, with an appealing and colourful interior design; the cleaning of the room was perfect. A big thanks to the owner Dorina, and to her two girls in the staff, who had been all time, before and during my stay, very attentive, friendly and helpful to me.The breakfast room, the cozy garden and the common spaces areas were also very confy, making easy to speak and meet other travellers. The breakfast has been delicious, including eggs or omelettes, a plate of exotic fruits, juice, cofee or milk, bread toasted with home made marmelades and peanut butter. The location is excellent and strategical, just 8-10 minutes walking to/from the ferry harbour and around there are many minimarkets, supermarkets, take away and restaurants or cafes. A bus stop is abou 2,3 minutes walking by.

Dorina, the lady who runs the place is such a warm-hearted and nice person who goes above and beyond to perfectionize your stay. This place was just perfect for my stay on Praslin. I have to say that the photos don't do any justice because it's way nicer and really spacious in reality. The outdoor kitchen is so cute, I just loved this concept. The bathroom is clean and comes with a big shower with good water pressure for very long hair. Thank you for everything 🙏

Nothing, that I didn't like about La Residence D'Almee Guesthouse.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was short but felt very comfortable. The host and staff were so friendly. They were kind enough to suggest places that we could visit, the room was cleaned and the breakfast served, was the perfect fuel to start off your day. I also liked that the location was somewhat central, and allowed for a short walk to the Praslin harbour, shops and restaurants.

Great breakfast. Owner and staff are so lovely. Wish I stayed here longer. Really close to ferry. Lots of places to eat nearby. The juice on arrival was amazing. Definitely recommend.
