Incredible views, comfy beds, very clean, good value for money, the manager Altezia was extremely friendly and helpful, always in touch.

The location is far from anything, except for one supermarket. You should have a car or take taxi every time you want to go somewhere (it’s normal for Mahe). Besides the way to each villa is steep with sharp turns, when it rains not all taxi agree to climb the hill. The nearest beach is not really nice, no infrastructure.

After a polished stay at Constance Mahé, we traded turndown service for tropical independence with six nights at Villas de Jardin in Port Glaud—and we weren’t disappointed. Nestled in lush hills with sweeping views of the bay, our Villa #1 served as a peaceful, private retreat with just the right balance of comfort and autonomy. The villa is spacious and well-equipped for self-catering, though you'll want to plan grocery runs wisely—this isn’t exactly next door to a Carrefour. Still, once stocked, the kitchen handles everything from morning eggs to sunset apéros. And speaking of sunsets: the view from our terrace was easily worth a few minor logistical compromises. The pool is small but elegant—ideal for a refreshing dip after a beach outing or simply lounging with a book in hand. No crowds, no noise, no competing for sunbeds: a rare Seychelles luxury in itself. While it doesn’t compete with a 5-star hotel on service or dining, that’s not the point. Villas de Jardin offers something rarer: space, peace, and the feeling of actually living in paradise for a while—not just visiting it. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who appreciates independence with a view.

Magic view ! Fresh villa ( nr 6 ) close to the pool, magnificent amazing terrace, not at the top but then not so far to climb :) when coming home from restaurants ! Lovely Rieke, always with a smile fixing everything ! The cutest dogs down at the reception ! Also great contacts with drivers - the one we had both to the villas and to our next place were very friendly !

We stayed in a lovely two bedroom villa with an amazing ocean view, exactly as per the photo on Booking. The house was clean, well equipped, with modern and useful facilities and equipment. The team was helpful and responsive. The only thing we did not appreciate was the level of security of the property and the safety of the guests. The villas are quite secluded, embedded on a hill covered with beautiful and quite thick vegetation, and there is no physical barrier for anyone to be able to access the villa garden or the balcony. Lately, theft levels in the Seychelles have been increasing, as a consequence of a rising drug addiction problem among the local population. The villas management clearly informed us that we need to lock the house and turn on the security system when we are out and as well at night while we are inside sleeping. Taking precautions is always a good things, we did not mind and readily followed the instructions, however the problem for us came when we realized that: 1. The house security alarm system is not in fact connected to anybody - not the police, not a security company, so basically, burglars can come, the alarm will sound, if someone hears it and comes to help - good, if not, we are on our own. 2. There is nobody around - the reception is only populated a few hours during the day, and the rest of the time there is nobody around - no security guard on duty or at least someone who can hear if the alarm sounds and call the police. Indeed, we were instructed how to lock and turn the alarm on, and we were given the number of the local police department, yet I did not feel safe, particularly at night, while us and the kids were sleeping in the house, thinking that someone can break in…

Very clean property and a lot of space, all the necessary facilities were provided. Very nice ocean view.

The view from our balcony was amazing, the bed was comfortable and overall house was really nice. They clean the house very good. The pool was refreshing after a long day outside and outside shower was amazing. The villa offers great privacy.

Unbelievable panoramic view, the generous deck, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed all set in beautiful gardens with the infinity pool which if perfect for cooling-off.

It’s a steep drive up to the apartment but you soon get the hang of it. They do need to provide more adequate lighting by the bed if you want to read…

Beautiful property with private villas spreading across hillside overlooking beautiful coast line. Amazing staff, Altezia was the best and made us feel like family.

Our stay at Villas de Jardin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that this accommodation offers. Perched on a hillside, the panoramic view of the ocean and greenery is simply stunning. The terrace is incredibly spacious and offers the perfect setting for relaxation. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable. It was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. The outdoor shower is a great addition to the villa, so you can wash off the sand after returning from the beach. In conclusion, Villas de Jardin is a hidden gem that offers more than just a place to stay. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Everything was perfect ( Service, kitchen , terrace view , sea view , swimming pool , outdoor shower , WiFi, hot water, cold ac , clean ) nearby to super market and some restaurants Special thanks to the hotel manager ( Tereza ) for the great service. She was helping us with restaurants reservations and car rental and also she surprised us with room decoration after my wedding . We will visit there again

Everything! Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the whole stay. From the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness, fresh free coconuts anytime, the view, the villa, the beach and the cutie tortoises + puppies!
