I have only 2 complaints. 1. The shower was not very comfortable, as it's not a classic shower or bath, you literally have a hole in the floor where all the water goes (and it's not a room for people with disabilities), so you need to be extra careful so that water goes there exactly, otherwise you'll swim in the bathroom as the water will cover the whole floor :/ However, we managed to do this without issues, but it was tough. 2. The lady at the kitchen (the one who's serving omelettes and stuff) was super rude. I understand that sometimes people can drive crazy, but it was not nice. But still, these things are not so significant, as other things were wonderful :)

It was a very pleasant stay and the price is pretty reasonable for the quality! 1. Hotel is located in a calm and nice neighborhood. It's about 15-20 minutes from the train station, so it was comfortable to get there. And about 40 minutes to the old town which is also fine. Metro station is also really close, so you can speed up :) There are many supermarkets and stores close to the hotel. 2. Staff was super nice! Thanks to the cleaning lady and to the lady at the reception, so welcoming and lovely! 3. Room itself was very good, we had enough space, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed including free water bottles and tea with a kettle. 4. Breakfasts are incredible! Super delicious pancakes (crepes), scrambled eggs, sausages, meatballs, herring, smoked fish, ham, cheese... Wow! Thanks :)

Nothing, the location comes with the price.

Good value for money but you pay with location. It is further out from the old town but is still walkable to the new modern city. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and suited our preferences.

Rooms were spotless but no style & standard was small.

We had a lovely stay! Big shout out to Louise at the front desk who was just wonderful and went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. We had a standard double, and quite frankly the room looked like a dorm room outfitted with ikea furniture. The furniture & curtains were quite drab at first, but grew on us. The beds were stupendously comfortable & awesome comforters & pillows. There were big windows & one that opened which is rare in hotels & we enjoyed the fresh air. The bathroom had a nice big shelf for toiletries & nice big towels. Louise brought us awesome robes for free after we asked for some; note that generally you must rent them. There was enough sis e to hang things, but barely room for one large suitcase to open. We had 3! To solve this we asked to remove the desk chair & moved another big chair near the door so we could configure the suitcases so we could leave their open to live out of them since there were no drawers. It worked out in the end. The restaurant is open until 11 pm which was fantastic b/c we got in very late & ate there. The staff was great & service excellent. What the property lacks in ambience in the rooms, it makes up tenfold in service. The location is on a quiet street between 2 T stops & from it one has a lovely 15-20 minute walk along Birger Jarlsgarten (a nice shopping spot street) straight to Nybrogarten (pedestrian street filled with fab restaurants & stores) and the waterfront. 2 stops from central station so very easy after taking express airport train to the City.

The showers were not ideal, as water tended to spill everywhere while showering. The room was a bit small and rather dark, and the sound insulation could be better. However, these were only minor inconveniences.

The breakfast was good – not an extensive selection, but all the essential options were there. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The location is excellent and very convenient.

Shower was not the best. TV has problem with international channels (lag with CNN, BBC doesn't work), light keys next to the bed were missing. The hotel road had construction work during all the stay.

The hotel bathroom was bit outdated and did not match our expectation for a 4-star hotel. When showering, we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom floors even though the shower door was closed. A shower wiper was available to clean up the water on the floor which was appreciated but we would have liked if it didn't flood in the first place. There is no AC in the hotel room, so we slept with the window open. If you are sensitive to street noise, this could be an issue. The parking garage has some narrow parts which can be hard to navigate with a bigger vehicle. If you arrive late in the evening, there might not be a lot of choice when it comes to parking slots. You do not get a specific parking spot assigned. If you need to charge your EV, it is not guaranteed that you get a spot with a charger. We switched parking lots after the first night, unfortunately we had issues charging our car in the garage. We couldn't reproduce the issue on other charging infrastructure but since we've seen other cars using the chargers in the garage, we think this might have been an issue specific to our car.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our hotel room looked like the pictures, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Car parking is available in the underground garage and is equipped with a number of EV chargers. Walking distance to Gamla Stan is around 30 minutes but if you'd like, bus and subway stations are close by.

Nothing to mention.

The room was great for us as a couple with all the necessary amenities to make our stay in Stockholm amazing. The staff was very friendly and helped with information about the public transport and sights worth visiting. The breakfast buffet had a varied and rich selection with enough to choose from for everybody. The hotel is close to the metro with connection to the main station and other central spots. All in all we had a great stay in Stockholm and will definitely stay at this hotel, should we ever visit the beautiful city again.

The bathroom needs a bit of renovation, looks quite run down. The coffee machine broke down at the beginning of our stay and still wasn’t fixed until three days later, when we left.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast options were great and the beds quite comfortable. Locations is good as well, not too far from tram and metro stations.

i believe there is nothing that you can do, it will be nicer if the rooms where a bit bigger

the breakfast was superb, i have visited many cities around the world, i could say that it was better than 5 star hotel. the location was close to the center but the bus stop was a bit further away (not to far, but if you are carrying suitcase it will be helpful if it is closer) . the room for 3 people (parents and a kid) it was ok, it will help to be a bit bigger

The gym was on the smaller side. However it was well equipped and clean.

We really enjoyed the quiet area downstairs for breakfast. It was calming and a great start to the day with relaxing music and video. The ping pong table was also a bonus! Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The option to hire un umbrella was also useful! We also really liked the kettle and mini fridge in our room.
