Reception people are very welcoming and nice

Excellent location. Great breakfast and dinner meals were good. Room was very comfortable.

The room was fine. The location was brilliant. Staff was very friendly and the food was the best part, out of this world. Both the breakfast and dinner. We had the best pulled pork ever for dinner.

The bathroom could use some improvement. The shower could not properly close so it flooded the whole bathroom after every use. Would be good to have an extra towel or two.

The room was really spacious, much larger than we expected. The staff was more than friendly, we felt really welcome. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were so many options, hearty and sweet. We arrived by train and it was roughly 10-15min walk from the main station, which was no trouble, even with our toddler. It is also very close to the main place where you would want to go out at night.

Location is excellent, right next to the town center. We arrived late at night but there was staff at reception. who helped us to navigate to the nearest parking right around the corner. Good options in breakfast.

The room was not very spacious and the furnishings are a bit outdated. Luckily we had an extra small space next to the bathroom where we could put our luggage.

Breakfast was very good. Possibility to have dinner for free but with very limited choice. Room was well accessorized. Location was great!

I made a mistake in spelling the car plate (inverted two digits) and got a fine from the parking (external provider) during a routine check (I stayed only one night). The hotel made no attempt to speak with the parking despite the price paid for the parking (to the hotel, not the the external provider directly). I would have expected more comprehension and help since in the end I paid for the service and getting a fine for a formal mistake is not super-fair.

My room was too Warm

We were surprised upon check in that dinner and afternoon tea was provided in the price as well as breakfast. Range of food was rather varied and of a good standard. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk in the other direction form a lovely peaceful park.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was super spacious. The breakfast was excellent. There was only one main meal for dinner, but it was good, and there were various salad options. The soups were so delicious! From 3 to 5 pm it is fika time and they offer complimentary dessert and hot beverages. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in the city centre, which is awesome.

We only wish the room had more or stronger lights because it was quite dark all the time.

Great location with everything you need in your room. The hotel is opposite the grocery shop and close to the park. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners, and of course, we loved "fika" at 3.00 pm when served fresh-baked cake and coffee. All the food was fresh and so delicious! They offer access to the gym and sauna. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to be back there! Thank you!

Very central location in the Old Town of Malmö with good breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice decoration.

The room is quite dated and fairly small. It could get quite hot when the sun was hitting the window.

What a fabulous hotel. The food was excellent, rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. The shared spaces around the hotel were also great, it really did have a ‘homely’ feel, which was really relaxing. The staff were great too. We really enjoyed our short stay.

The lobby is spectacular, breakfast, fika & dinner were decent. The rooms are quite large.

Dinner is included but It could be better. No much food and lacking in variety, and there is not dessert or fruit.

Everything! First of all, the staffs were lovely and kind. The hotel smells so good and elegant. The food is always good! The room is also nice. It’s just the bed is extra soft for my liking but nevertheless, we had a great time.

too hot without AC but they did offer a fan. Most hotels in Sweden so not have AC so I was not surprised.
