Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyIf you stay more than 2 nights the dinner options might get boring because, bread, salads, add-ons were always the same, only the meat option did change.
The staff was very friendly and the rooms like everything in the hotel was super clean. The breakfast was more than enough and there was never an empty offering. The included dinner was also great with meat and vegetarian options.

LatviaIt would be even better if there were more coffee options available, but you can always buy a proper espresso at the bar.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I really enjoyed it. The food options are excellent - breakfast offers a wide variety of choices including scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh and dried fruits, yogurts, and more. I especially appreciated the whipped butter for toast and the ginger shots. During the day, the hotel also serves a Swedish Fika, and in the evening there's a tasty late dinner with meat or fish options. Another great convenience was the coffee machines available in the hotel lobby all day and night. The location might seem a bit far from the city center at first, but it's actually very convenient thanks to the metro and tram connection. There's also a shopping mall nearby. Within the hotel grounds, there're cozy small restaurants and even an ice cream cafe. Our room was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. We also used the gym and sauna. The hotel is perfectly located near a park area where you can go hiking or even swimming. Overall, it’s a great balance of comfort, good food, and easy access to both city life and nature.

United StatesThere was a coffee spill near the back elevators. It was never cleaned up for the 3 days we were there.
The location was quiet and safe. Nice little shopping mall right around the corner. The breakfast was exceptional! Such a variety of food and sensitive to food allergies and diets. Dinner was so convenient also. I would definitely come back!

RomaniaDinner could be improved, as the menu was repetitive (mostly chicken), side vegetables were served cold, and the dining area was very crowded. Room cleaning is available only on request, and the room did not feel fully prepared upon arrival — the floor was not comfortable to walk on, so we had to buy slippers.
Good location with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping center. Modern concept with meals and fika included, plus coffee and water always available. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the common areas felt welcoming when not too crowded.

FinlandThe parking was a bit pricey but as we only spent there one night, it didn't matter so much to us.
The hotel has nice facilities including a gym and a sauna. The dinner and breakfast included in the price were very tasty. The room was great: the bed was super comfortable, the isolation was very good and the bathroom provided us with good quality toiletries. Reasonably priced hotel. We would definitely come here again when visiting Stockholm.

United KingdomBeing told that if we wanted fried eggs at breakfast, we woukd have to pay extra was dreadful. We do not expect and never would pay for fried eggs, they should be in the price and the hotel should include that free for everyone and change that immediately. Also the menu for dinner was a bit repetitive in the evening and more variety is most definitely needed. Finally, especially during peak season more seating is needed as there were definitely not enough dining chairs for dinner in the evening and some people had to sit on the sofa seats to eat their dinner which would be very uncomfortable and something we were not prepared to do.
The location of the hotel was a bit far out of town and we knew that. However it did became a bit of a pain having to get a bus and the metro into town. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Most if our dealings were with Sno and she went way beyond to help us. She needs a very special mention for her brilliant service to help us whenever we needed it.

UkraineWe found a clump of someone else’s hair on the floor near the bed. The room also felt rather cold, and the instructions for adjusting the temperature didn’t really help.
The location is quite convenient, not far from the city center, and close to a bus stop. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were good (fika too!), and the food overall was satisfying.

United KingdomLovely hotel with breakfast, fika and evening meal included. Spent a week here with my family and hotel was amazing. Really modern, spacious and very friendly staff. Rooms were big with great facilities: great WiFi, shower, tv. Well equipped gym and sauna also - perfect for two teenage boys!! Food was amazing. Different dinner menu each day: catering to all dietary requirements. The home made bread was simply the best bread I’ve ever had. Great location in Sickla - south east of Stockholm just outside the main part areas - great transport: very regular tram (#30), bus to town - 401 bus takes you to Gamla Stan (old town) in 10 mins. Lovely little beach area (Sickla Strand) 5 min walk away for swimming in the lake. Shopping centre - with a Hemkop supermarket in it - cinema, Kennys Gelato - for the best ice cream - nearby.

TurkeyThe food was fresh and tasty. We stayed three nights with half board option. For the first night, the dinner was fine, it was chicken and there were other options. However, for the last two days the dinners were including pork meat, unfortunately, we don't eat pork. Although there was a vegetarian option, the selection was quite limited. I think it would be better to serve fish/chicken option besides pork meat.
The hotel was so comfortable, good for money. We had our own car, so I don't know about the potential transportation facilities. The area is so nice and relaxing, a shopping mall is located next to the hotel.

GermanyRooms facing the front of the hotel have a pleasant view of the modern buildings in the area and receive plenty of natural daylight. However, there are also rooms facing inner parts of the building where the view is directly onto other rooms just a few meters away. These rooms receive almost no natural light and, if you want privacy, the curtains need to be kept closed most of the time. Despite having requested a room with a view in advance, I was initially assigned such a room. Given the large number of rooms in the hotel, this could have been handled differently. The issue was eventually resolved by a friendly staff member, though only after some insistence on my part. Another drawback is the cleaning policy. Rooms are no longer cleaned on a daily basis unless specifically requested. I contacted the hotel directly to ask for cleaning and received written confirmation that it had been noted. However, the information was not passed on internally, and the room was not cleaned. I had to follow up again to have this arranged. Based on my experience, contacting the hotel through Booking.com with specific requests seems to carry an even higher risk of them not being followed up properly. It should also be noted that this is a very large hotel. The lobby and breakfast area are usually quite busy, giving more of a mass-tourism feeling rather than the quieter atmosphere of a boutique hotel. There are a few smaller details that may matter depending on personal preference: the use of artificial plants instead of real greenery, the absence of a luggage stand in the room, and the fact that the windows cannot be opened. Air circulation is managed entirely through a central, non-adjustable system. While the room climate itself was fine, anyone who prefers fresh air by opening a window should be aware of
The hotel has a modern feel, as it only recently opened. The rooms are reasonably sized and offer enough space to feel comfortable, while the bathrooms are modern and practical. The interior is kept in a clean, Nordic-inspired style that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location is in the district of Sickla, which itself is quite interesting with a lot of modern architecture. While the hotel is not directly in the city center, there is a bus stop just nearby with a connection every 20 minutes. The ride takes about 10 minutes and goes straight to Slussen. Although there are currently many construction works around Slussen and the bus terminal has been shifted slightly, it remains one of the city’s main transport hubs, from where all other parts of Stockholm can be reached easily. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive, and the quiet setting of the hotel makes it easy to get a good night’s sleep. In addition to breakfast, guests can always help themselves to coffee and tea at the reception area, and in the afternoons and evenings light snacks and meals are also available for those spending time at the hotel.

The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly, they have a parking lot, a pick up station for taxis, there is a cinema on the opposite side and a taco bar. The playground for the kids is entertaining. The room was clean & spacious, the bed comfy, nice bathroom. The hotel price included Breakfast, Fika(Afternoons tea) and dinner from a buffet. The breakfast was good:) The location is about 10-20mind away from the city center by car. You can choose the following transportation to get to the city center: taxi/bolt/uber, bus, tram or boat. We enjoyed our stay there as a family to the max.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. First of all, staff are incredible, very helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and cosy. Despite being a bit out of the center, you should not worry about that. It is very well connected and we enjoyed having a bit of peace. Breakfast is great.
