Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe family room was very cramped with no storage. The family rooms are the furthest from the lifts so although they were quiet, it is a lot of walking for little legs.
Loved the location, lobby area and breakfast. The family room had proper beds rather than sofa beds. Staff were all friendly.

IrelandVery helpful staff .however we booked a superior room . When we arrived this was not available on our first night even though it was paid for in advance. We where put into a standard room for the first night However when we went to the room it had empty beer bottle bin not empty and toe nail clippings on the floor not the ideal start . However the lads at the desk got it sorted very quickly and we got a lovely room for rhe remainder of our stay

ItalyBreakfast was undedr the expectations of such a high level structure: no warm milk was available, coffee was bad quality. The room was made up very late in the afternoon, sometimes at 4 p.m. was not made up yet, so we had to wait for an hour or so, out of our room, which was regrettabile because we were worn out by the day around the town and would have wanted to relax in the room. The room was never properly clean, on the floor we have found the same debris during a whole week. In the toilet a vague urine bad smell was always present. The elevators were often overoccupied and sometimes you had to wait several minutes before finding a free lift.
Good position, near the central train and bus station. Maybe the only positive point of the whole hotel. Also staff was quite nice and polite. And the air inside the room was at the right temperature, so that sleep was well affected. I had good nights sleep.

Lovely smiley and helpful staff. had a nice, quiet room overlooking the park. Good central location and very convenient for the train station and bus stop. Breakfast was superb with everything you could possibly want barring "cooked to order" dishes. Good lifts - important as there are 10 floors of accommodation.

United KingdomThe bathroom in our room was tired and dated and getting in and out of the bathtub style shower awkward and hazardous. For anyone with mobility issues this might be a problem. There were also spots of black mould on the sealant, suggesting that a deep clean is needed. There are a lot of rooms and taking breakfast later on results in a pretty chaotic and busy atmosphere.
Our room on the 10th floor was really quiet and had a super west facing view. Being able to open the window was a real bonus for some fresh air, but the air con was also there for some background air / cooling. Very comfortable beds and nicely furnished. The breakfast offerred enough choice for most, though the bread and rolls were stale and chewy. The location of the hotel is perfect being less than 10 minutes walk from T Centrallen the main transport hub of the city, inc the Arlanda express airport train, and about 25 mins walk to the old town or waterfront. It is a styish place and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

France- Particularly outdated interiors (especially rooms), far from fitting pictures, then misleading reviews (maybe first time travellers) - Smell of moisture and old (rooms, inside areas) - Dirty floors/carpets - Tiny (and once again old) bathroom, I didn’t really see where were my 22sqm - Imposed (to pay) breakfast, while 35€ for 3h pp and b/day in the “spa”, what is actually just a sauna and rooftop pool (or bathtub as overcrowded) I had my room changed (so a bit better and cleaner), and thankfully, but I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere if I had the possibility. My 8 days stay was not very comfortable. I do not say it is an awful place, maybe ok for a day or two, but for the same price there are much better, modern and classy hotels. I expected much more. I am sorry!
