How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No parking at property. Also no staff if you arrive after office hours, so no way to get support/things sorted in the evening

I was in two different rooms that both had two twin beds, which are too small for adults. Since the hostel is on the top floor the windows in the rooms can't be opened, except for near the handle. Even though the temperature was cool outside, the rooms facing the setting sun get hot and don't cool down enough to sleep comfortably.
The location, staff, and facilities are amazing.

The staff didn't explain anything. Showers were ok, but all shower sets were broken.
Decent location, and options to rent a private room with two beds and a table. They accommodated my slightly earlier check in.

No receptionist for the check in for the whole week
Free breakfast, big common room with tv, big bathrooms very clean, the lady of the staff was very friendly (even if she did not speak in english)

One should just be aware that the building can be quite empty over the weekends and the area is a bit dark.
It’s a simple place, but I got what I needed: Somewhere to sleep and shower. Staff was incredibly kind and offered me to come have breakfast at their other hotel, as I was the only guest at Pronova, and they wouldn’t put up the buffet. Very kind of them since they had already placed breakfast in a fridge in my room.

The ladder of the wodden bunk bed was very painful for the feet to use. We had one ladder bunkbed made of wood and one of metal. The metal one was no problem. Wifi was a joke. Breakfast was very simple but OK for us. Check in day no staff at place. Check out day no staff except two cleaning ladies.
Good location, comfy beds, affordable, easy to find parking nearby. Would consider to come back. It's absolutely good enough if you are fine with a hostel, but don't expect hotel standard. Clean!

The breakfast is nothing special, and I had to ask for refill of several items, including bowls for cereals. Common toilet and wash room isn't my favorite.
It's a nice place with good price. They had rooms even though I booked late for a very nearby festival. The beds are good.

Located in the center of city. Lots of bathrooms and toilets. Clean everywhere. Goodt breakfast. Comfortable beds. Very good air exchange in the room. There is a river below.

worth the money is the thing i would like to say . at the holiday season with such pricing incl breakfast at the center of the city , easy to go everywhere... the size and the cleanness of a room is better than i expected to a self-checkin hotel , to be honest, what else you are looking for ..

Room was very warm, windows could not be opened and the provided fan didn’t help much. Sound isolation was poor, every sound from the corridor and neighbouring rooms could be heard. TV reception was terrible, trying to watch the Olympics was a pain.
Great location, fair price. Room was reasonably big and the beds were nice. Reception was closed when we checked in and empty when we checked out so I can’t comment on the staff. Breakfast was fine, nothing more.
