We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elite, ideally located in the new city center of Kiruna, on a quiet pedestrian street. The interior is very cozy, with beautiful materials, especially wood, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the copper fixtures were a particularly nice touch. We also appreciated the upgrade that included a bathtub. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, perfect to start the day. We also loved having a drink on the top floor, in a cozy atmosphere, with excellent cocktails. Finally, the staff was very professional and welcoming. In summary, a beautiful hotel, elegant, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Kiruna.

Very nice room in this brand new hotel, loaded with pleasent details, the staff is so kind and all the servcies are good. Breakfast was rich and complete for all tastes. Position right in the new city center.

I would have liked to have more flexibility visiting the spa. You could only visit once for a cost of 495kr. Attending the spa both evening and morning would have been great, but not worth the extra cost in this case, in my opinion.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The spa was amazing and very fresh. The hotel was very clean and you could tell it has just been built. Staff were professional. Our room was also upgraded one level, so that was a nice touch to our quick stay.

A nice location in the new city center of Kiruna. We have chosen this hotel because of it. The hotel is totally new, everything is clean, staff is also very helpful, they even helped me with one thing I needed to do. Breakfast very delicious. I will come back here for sure.

Located in the city centre. I'd rather say that's a luxury hotel. Very clean rooms, helpful stuff, comfortable bads. The breakfast was perfect. You have a lot of things to do in the lobby. Great pub located in the hotel. Highly recommend.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Our kid got a nice goody bag upon arrival. The staff was super helpful, they took time to explain the town history and marked all the spots we should visit. Beds were super soft and bedlinens felt real fresh. Toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was top notch. We really felt well taken care of.

Breakfast could have been open later (finished at 9.30 on a weekday). The sauna in the spa was very dry, a cold plunge pool would have made the spa perfect.

Suberb staff and room (we got upgraded to premium). Bed was heavenly! Breakfast not quite 10/10 but very good. Spa is lovely. Overall very high standard and value for money.

The nya centrum is a bit boring and has no trees at all

I enjoyed the style of the rooms and restaurant. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The sound-proofing was good. I had a perfect staycation!

We could not find the parking area for the hotel when first arriving in the scene. Luckily, the staff directed us to the nearest parking hall across the street.

First class rooms with modern interior and equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a lot options and was of a great quality. Relatively great location in the new city centre. A lot of shops and restaurants near by.

The one night stay at this newly build high quality hotel was pleasent. We had a room at 6. floor with a panoramic view of Kiruna and the nature surrounding the city. The room itself was very comfortable and well equiped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.

It was 25C in the room, to warm. (Outside temp also around 25C…) Windows couldn’t be opened. Glas shower door slams against toilet. Toilet neighbour clearly used during night. So no so good insulated…

Slippers in the room would have been nice. I understand it’s not eco friendly but a wonderful perk for hikers. While waiting in the lobby for my bus to leave, I used the advertised refreshment services but it seemed the staff in the lobby were not really trained to wait on people. I asked for black tea and was told there is none, even though there clearly was at breakfast. Overall the reception staff quality was varied depending on the person attending it.

Spacious clean rooms, with good amenities. Ironing board and plenty of hangers. Excellent 4 star standard. Great breakfast buffet. Located conveniently near shopping opportunities and a bus stop.
