We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaCheck-in time is 3 p.m., and the café closes at 4 p.m. I asked about dinner, but no one told me what time it was available until. So I went to bed hungry :(. Next time, I'll stick with Nikkaluokta.
Good location, and everything you need is there. Walking time approx. 1.5 hours to Nikkaluokta.

United StatesIt would have been nice to have towels and bedsheets provided. We couldn't find any sheets to put on the bed, or towels to dry off with after our showers, and our only towel was the old thin one I brought with me for wrapping my crampons in. One or two towels provided in the cabin would have been really nice. A hair dryer would also have been helpful too. Not really the end of the world to not have them, but for the price, they would have been appreciated.
The warm rooms and hot showers were great after hours of trekking in the cold rain through heavy thunderstorms. The electric kettle and other cooking facilities were definitely nice too. The mattress was also very comfy. And our cabin, #4, had really nice views out into the forest and across the valley.
