The mattress was bigger than the bed structure. It doesn't really bother me, but it's a strange configuration if you ask me.

The room was much smaller than I had imagined. Wifi wasn't working inside the room. I came for a short work trip, but then the wifi was not working at all. It was quite disappointing.

Breakfast was great, loved it. The majority of the staff were nice and friendly. The location was very convenient with walking distance to restaurants.

A clean hotel in a great central location at a good price with a solid breakfast. Booked at a competitive price and was very satisfied with the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The vending machine in the hallway was broke but it had no problem to still take my money! Ordered hot chocolate but it just gave me a cup of hot water.

Relaxation area didn’t work on one of the days of our stay. We visited at 4:30 pm (very well within the relaxation times).

The location is fantastic and it’s a basic, value for money hotel. You get what you pay for. The relaxation area was a really comfort the first day of the stay. The sauna and the jacuzzi didn’t work the second day and there was no notice about it on the door or the floor. Breakfast is good and some of the staff are really great and helpful, others are not interested in the hospitality business and seem totally disinterested. Overall, it’s was a good experience.

The lady who checked us in let us wait for five minutes while doing things on her computer, and didn’t seem to like her job very much. The staff in the bar was very nice, but the hotel and the bar seemed to be run. Y different companies.

Clean, nice lounge and restaurant, although the room was extremely basic and didn’t even have a closet. Very nice breakfast however with nice staff.

Quite disapointing. There was no shampo in the room or body soap. Advertised spa was a dirty jacuzzi that has not been cleaned for a long, long time, and no chance to use spa in the morning. Staff was not very friendly. Parts of room were dusty, visably not cleaned very well.

The room was in need of surface renovation. The doors had taken damage at some point and the surfaces were also in need of painting. Opening and closing the door of the shower box was quite difficult due to the small side of the bathroom. When I was getting out of the shower, I tried to open the door slowly outwards but it still crashed loudly against the toilet seat. I had to open the door inwards and go through the small space left between the door and the wall.

A peaceful stay for one night with a comfortable bed. Getting to the railway station from the hotel was quick, and views of the rapids are almost next to the hotel. I was especially impressed by the beautiful furniture in the restaurant, which was also used for breakfast. One of the most enjoyable places to have breakfast in my life. Plenty of dishes were available for the breakfast. As a Finn, special thanks from me for the porridge and berries.

The bathroom wasn’t great. None of the dispensers worked and this was clearly known as handhelds were provided. The tv only had 3 channels that worked, none of which showed the major football tournament match. The restaurant attached was extremely good but also super expensive

Windows could not be opened. A serious safety hazard. Imagine if a fire had broken out in the corridor. Each room should have been equipped with a gadget to open the window. Now you had to go to reception to request it. Better still, the current windows should be replaced. Incredible this is even allowed in the 21st century. Spa area only open from 3-9pm. Would have been lovely to use it first thing in the morning.

Breakfast area was very good :) The bar was also good. so overall fine. However when we booked the place we were given a room without window which was not mentioned at the time of booking. We had to pay extra to get a room with Window
