Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, arrived per train and left by bus which were all just 1 min from the hotel. Breakfast was nice, rooms clean and comfy. Will stay there again next time.

NetherlandsYou can not park in front of the hotel because it is car free zone. You have to park your car on the public parking behind the hotel. You can buy the parking ticket from the hotel reception. Room has a window with a view to the room in front of yours:)

United KingdomDesign constraints due to location above the station concourse and part of the platform area. Bedrooms a bit disconnected from the restaurant and reception area. Very few rooms have an external view. Most look onto dead areas between the wings.
Location very close to central railway and bus stations in Gothenburg. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Affordable prices.

The right way would be to tell them to take check-ins first and then help with finding tourist attractions when the queue is gone.
