Breakfast room was in a cellar, so quite dark/cramped - but the food was brilliant!

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful - they even helped us book a table for dinner. Restaurant was nearby and so good we went back the next night!

Breakfast juices (orange and apple) were rather watery. Bathrooms had soap/shampoo but no moituriser or conditioner

A lovely old building in the middle of some new apartment blocks. Beautifully restored - we loved the old stove in the corner of our room. Comfortable and tranquil. Very helpful and knowledgeable receptionists (thank you to Isaac and Sana for your recommendations).

Location near Metro ( 300 m ), busses , 2 busstops to trainstation for direction to airports , shops and restaurants nearby . Quite area and room ( 204 ). Elevator in hotel and even in Metrostation . Friendly and helpfull staff . Coffee , tea and cocao all day in the " wintergarden " for free .

We had two rooms. One of them - no. 532 - gets very warm during sunny days and there is no way to cool it down for sleeping.

Excellent location, in a very calm district of Stockholm. The hotel is in an old building with very nice atmosphere. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance from the old town. The hotel has very nice service. Breakfast buffet is rich and of good quality. There's a coffee machine and hot water / tea available for hotel guests 24/7.

Room was slightly too small and bathroom was very small. It got busy at the breakfast room, sometimes had to wait for a table.

Great location, I loved the traditional property and the features. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was great to sit in and the sun room, where you could have free tea and coffee and often pastries.

We did not have hot or even warm water in our shower for 3 nights. This is due to the age and historical importance of the building not allowing renovations, according to the hotel staff. They managed to change our room for our 4th and last night, so at least the staff was helpful and kind, but still, this is a really unpleasant situation, especially in a cold country like Sweden.

The location is exceptional, close to Gamla Stan but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are fair for the price and comfortable. Breakfast has a wide variety and is tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I asked for a quiet room "small double" on an upper floor and that is what I was given. The room was located in the attic and so had slanting beams, which made access to one side of the bed very difficult. As I was alone that didn't matter. There was a very small window.

The breakfast as usual in Sweden was lavish. I couldn't do it justice. I liked the communal area on the ground floor where you could get tea and coffee and read in the evening.

The room was a little bit smaller than what I had expected.

The hotel building itself is beautiful with history behind it. Breakfast was great and staff were really all lovely and very polite. The hotel and room had all the amenities we needed. Metro was very close.
