SwedenThe check-in experience felt rushed and not very personal. The beds were a little stiff, but no worse than expected. The floor heating in the bathroom was tricky to turn on. The shower cubicle was a little rough and needs repair.
The breakfast and the herb garden was the highlight of our stay. I loved the fresh bread. My partner loved the fruit, the juice and the selection. I think the experience was good. We also liked the little bird houses outside of every room. The foyer looked really nice.

SwedenWe had a fantastic stay at Borgholm Hotel! The location is right in the center of Borgholm, making it easy to explore the nearby castle and park and the northern side of the Island. The room was nicely designed and super comfy, with their own beauty products and a very warm touch, and with a lot of orientation material on the surroundings. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A great breakfast with many tasty, fresh and homemade products which we really enjoyed. They also have a bar with their signature cocktails and great restaurant (which we did not try during our stay) but looked like it was worth a try. Definitely recommended! One of the best we visited in Sweden so far.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to nice restaurants within walking distance. The room is clean and cozy with Easter chocolates! The service staff are friendly and kind. The breakfast and afternoon tea are all tasty. Also there is a nice cat in front of the hotel, which adds lovely memories to my vacation:)
