No fridge in the room. But that was okay as we asked the receptionist to store what we needed refrigerated. Parking space was limited in the hotel. But there is lots of parking nearby.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A nice spread with delicious bread, salmon and hot food also. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. While the bed was amazingly comfortable. Plus, the desk was a nice size and perfectly placed in front of the window.

No sign to the lift when there isn't anyone on reception. No access to the swimming pool included with the room. A decaffeinated coffee option at breakfast would be appreciated. Extractor fan not working in bathroom.

Everything was just like it should be. I mainly appreciated a very good breakfast (fresh smoothie, salmon...). Very pleasant fragrance of the available cosmetics. Kettle in the room is always practical.

Not much soundproofing, I was disturbed by a weeping baby in a nearby room and noisy guests coming home late. Maybe they woke up the baby! ;-)

Great breakfast for me who likes the Swedish style. Rooms were big enough, quiet, and clean. The location is in the middle of the city so walking distance everywhere. We used the car parking at the hotel that was included.

Breakfast was nice - a little limited in options compared to other hotel stays in Sweden. Had to request coffee to be refreshed. Not a deal breaker as only a small hotel.

Quaint little boutique style hotel. Very clean and not too far to walk to many attractions or city centre.

There is free private parking but it's always full so I had to pay for the parking on the street. My room had two windows but only one had curtains so there was a lof of light coming in early in the morning.

I did not understand that using the spa would cost 250 SEK for hotel guests. Maybe it was in the hotel info at booking but not very clear.

The breakfast was excellent. The room cosy but rather small and a bit dark. The hotel was in a quiet area although close to the city center (a few minutes walk).

Our window was on the bottom floor by the car park. We couldn't really open the window at night due to the fact that someone could climb in there. Also we arrived quite early and had a parking place but had to leave. When we got back there were no more parking spaces so we had to pay until 18:00. Perhaps better parking alternatives, maybe a cooperation with the local parking services so guests of the hotel don't have to pay.

The staff are incredibly freindly and accomdating. It was a no fuss experience.

The scrambled eggs at the breakfast got somewhat over cooked because they were sitting on a hot plate for too long. Maybe find a better solution for that? Otherwise the breakfast was very good.

Very nice room and even nicer staff. They helped us with numerous requests and were always friendly. I would come back just for the helpful people working there!
