The location is not so central. We had to walk quite a way to find decent restaurants as the restaurants in the hotel were closed.

The hotel is great and full of luxury. Our booking from booking.com did not come through due to a power failure. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful room with view. It was great. All the little things really made it worth while. Very modern and with great eye for detail. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast and also the staff was very accomodating and friendly. We enjoyed the swimming area and really nice bathrobes provided by the hotel.

The top floor pool was not open and we were not advised before our stay. Even though we could not have changed our accommodation it would have been nice to know.

Staff is really pleasant to talk with and really helpful. Location is nice - not so far from the center of the city or Lisenberg area (Amusement park/Volvo museum). Spa is not huge, but have saunas and 2 pools + outdoor pool. Was able to completely relax in this hotel and have a nice sleep - that's rare for me.

Breakfast ok, no staff met or greeted us. Rather awkward breakfast buffet set up, we had to dodge other guests with breakfasts in hand as food presented/ available in various locations in the breakfast area. The lifts only work with room key card, great idea and a good security meaure, however, several people " jumped" into our lift with us that may not have been guests ?

Lovely hotel cool vibe, rooms very well designed and laid out. Our room ( double) was very small we had to squeeze past the wall mounted TV to get to the bathroom ! lots of bar games/ activities such as table tennis, golf and pool ! Roof top pool bar area very cool. Location was OK, a bit of a walk to the main sights but taxi available.

Great spa break! Hotel was beautiful and so cosy and clean. Spa facilities great.. heated pools, beautiful views, fantastic relaxation area! The staff and customer service was so friendly too and they were always helpful with any request. Would definitely return! 😊

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Our room wasn’t cleaned, the cleaners knocked at 3pm just as we were heading to the spa, we asked for 5 mins as we needed to get ready and they said they can’t wait 5 mins has to be now or not at all, which was a shame. But other than that 10/10.

Very nicely done, decor was to a high standard. Everything modern. Can’t fault it. It had 2 excellent restaurants, lots of games, golf sims. Spa was excellent. Roof top pool and bar also excellent.
