Small things for us but can be big things to someone. Last visitors meal was in microwave and have started to mold. No freezer comparment in the fridge. No laundry machine available at the property. Laundry service is available by the staff at the cost of 500sek (!) of small bag of laundry. I’m pretty sure the breakfast wasn’t available if wanted, reception and staff building was closed and empty the whole time we were there.

Nice own little cabin with shower and you can park your car right next to it.

Is paying extra for sheets a common thing in Sweden? As an American traveler, it was unexpected, though I was told at the time I booked the place. The apartment was rudimentary, it felt like a summer camp cabin. It had a good heater and the hosts were quite nice and helpful.

Wifi doesn’t work only in lobby/hotel area. The tv found many channels but only 3 worked even when we questioned it and someone came they said it was only 3 that worked. We know it was self catering (food only in English terms) however at least provide washing up liquid and hand soap or simple salt/pepper and the paintwork outside needs some updating including the surrounding grass areas/bushes they could be kept short and neat and tidy. The duvets and pillows were very stained that were there (no protectors) so glad we brought our own of everything. Guests have to clean before checking out but it was definitely cleaner after we checked out / than the way we found it. This cabin could bed 3 adults as one of the beds was bigger than a single. (Hurt to get on and off the bed due to the high wooden edges)

Fantastic cozy breakfast area with fireplaces. Very good restaurant with great food, serving and atmosphere. Great area a little outside Åre center but good spot for cross country skiing,

Unfortunatelly the 4 pax appartement (incl sauna) was little bit outdated. Refreshing the appartement should not harm anybody. The upstairs neighbour's heat pump motor is located on the living room side. When it turned on, you can hear the motor starting up. If you are sitting in the living room, it can sometimes be irritating. As we slept in the back, we were fortunately not bothered by it at night

We have enjoyed the stay in the appartement. Thank you Matilde for your warm welcome, service and hospitality. It was a very pleasent stay. We also have enjoyed the small talks with you and your colleagues during our lovely dinner. The owners should be proud of you guys!

We stayed in a small detached house with two beds. It was very quiet and cosy, simple but lovely and clean. We also took bastu several times, which was easy to book. The restaurant offered an interesting way of cooking food - on the stone, which was a great experience!

The cottage was perfect for few night stay. There were 4 of us but the cottage would easily sleep 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Good cleaning equipment made it easy to clean the cottage after the stay.

Good living room space for evening activities while having a quick ski center operated/ski card access bus to the slopes. (They don't really seem to check the tickets so on your first day with your ski gear you can probably just get to slopes on the bus and buy your lift pass for the day after the bus ride which would then have been active for your first trip. Also the ski pass apparently counts as parking permit... Might want to ask around more for that.)

Beautiful location above the frozen lake. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket and restaurant nearby. Helpful staff.

They didn't send check in information before we arrived. Reception was closed and the alloted stuga access road was not good

They changed the stuga once they realised that the alloted stuga ow not cleaned.
