Very limited equipment in the shared space (no kitchen) - only one small microwave, kettle, fridge and some basic utensils, so no cooking available, only heating up of food. No basin in shared space so guests have to wash dishes in toilet/shower, making it messy and inconvenient. We would have appreciated the guesthouse host to show some compassion to us as our motorcycle had broken down in Lofoten and we had to delay our check in date by 1-2 days. Although the room we booked was available on booking.com for the next few days after our reservation date, host disagreed to us changing our check-in dates, meaning we had to forgo our booking and pay for the room anyway. She argued that it was her policy not to waive fees for change of dates even though we pleaded for her understanding due to our emergency. Regardless, she showed no empathy and was rude in our correspondence. We’ve enjoyed our interactions with Swedish people all over Scandinavia and this was our first unpleasant experience. I will not stay here again because of her attitude and poor customer service.

Comfortable guesthouse with nice beds and linen provided (hence comfort level is great), separate toilet and shower. Room 3 is spacious, warm and clean.

Good accommodations, we were a group of 5 students and there was plenty of space in the rooms ! The apartment was clean and in order. We had a trouble because of missing kitchen, but the host Liezel kindly offered us to change accommodation for a one with a kitchen not far away (one street away). For that, we would like to thank the hosts for their hospitality !

The rooms do not have any kitchen area. A kettle and microwave and plates and cutlery (plus a fridge freezer) are in the common lounge area but any washing up has to be done in the toilet or shower washbasins which isn't an ideal approach. If a small galley kitchen were added to the lounge amenities the property would be perfect. The property really needs a more specific name to stand out! Our taxi driver chuckled that everywhere people stay in Kiruna is "Kiruna Accommodation". We understand the owner can provide shuttle service to/from the airport which might be very useful when taxi's are in short supply.

Four twin/double bedrooms around a central lobby area accessed via a one-floor staircase. Toilet room and shower room are adjacent to the bedrooms. Check-in and out is self-managed and very easy. A really pleasant stay and our room had a work desk and two chairs which was very helpful.

Although there is a place to cook it is uncomfortable and you have to wash the dishes in the shower. Also there is 1 toilet and 1 shower for 4 rooms (8 people). They say they are working on it. The NY wall poster is out of place, it makes the room feel uncozy and like a cheap hotel. There are enough swedish decorations that would be better in my opinion.

It is spotless clean! Beds are very comfortable. Big supermarket walking distance.
