Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The toilet operated very soundly, repeatedly.
Fine place and good breakfast, and Carl von Linné has stayed there. There were several free parking lots during the weekend. I don't know though how many parking lots that would be free during a work day, since several seemed to be assigned to companies.

The wifi dropped if more than one device was connected - I told the staff so that they are aware. The internet speed was good when you were connected to it.
The property is an old property which is part of its charm. It’s is clean, comfortable and well located. Breakfast is great. We were able to request extra items needed for our baby and staff were lovely and accommodating.

Really nice and welcoming staff. We forgot to reserve an extra bed/cot for our daughter, this was arranged within 10 minutes after arrival.

Towels only partially changed 3 times in 7 night stay. Beds not made up. Floor not mopped. No staff on duty between 18.00 and 06.30. Only cold breakfast offering. No aircon. Awkward spiral stair to bedrooms, no lift.
Location excellent. Excellent parking. Quiet area.

The room was not clean with a lot of dirt/spots on the wall, floor, windows and specially the bathroom, where the shower was damaged. The carpets on the floor were also dirty and damaged. The only thing that was normal was the price.

The facility in the room is old and there's a big standing mirror against the wall(not stabilized) in the room, which could be a risk for my 3 year old son, we had to watch him all the time when he gets close to the mirror.
Staffs are very friendly, breakfast is very nice and fresh. And I love the garden. :)

The reception closed very early (6pm on the day I arrived). As this is not a budget hotel, I would appreciated a staffed reception in the evening. The breakfast was fine but of the two slots available, one was rather early and one rather late (the middle one was fully booked). Would have preferred more flexible breakfast arrangements. My room was tasteful but rather austere - the chest of drawers had seen better days.. There was no proper wardrobe for clothes. Power sockets were in short supply, two for the workspace although one of these was occupied by the bedside light. There was no lift to the rooms but access was by a fairly steep curved flight of stairs. The key was attached to a very heavy holder. Awkward to carry around (the reception was closed so there was nowhere to leave it). The towels were just about adequate but bigger bath towel would have been appreciated. There was no bath, only a shower, After the reception had shut, there was access to an "honesty" tray will very few products, priced at normal cafe prices. No hospitality tray in the room but indifferent capsule coffee was offered on the honesty tray at (at least I think) 25 kronor a cup, I would have better appreciated free packets of instant coffee. The hotel wasn't expensive by today's inflation-swollen standards but not cheap either. It wasn't a budget hotel. The breakfast was well worth it but the hotel left a feeling of cheeseparing with the inadequate reception and honesty tray.
It's very central but still calm with a fine courtyard small outdoor space/ garden at the back. Hotel largely tastefully decorated. My room had a good workspace.

The TV didn´t funtion well. The picture was very bad on several channels, among others Swedish TV1 and TV4 on the TV in room number 15. The channels were also organised in a confusing order, e.g. Channel 1 was Danish TV2, Swedish TV1 was channel 8, TV4 was channel 10 and so on. It took a long time to search.
Most things were good or fair - but not the TV
