Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The only bad thing I could say is that the mattresses were too soft, so if you have a bad back you are going to regret it a bit.
Stayed for 2 nights, the location was great, access to the kitchen, the breakfast more than enough, people were nice.

The windows wasnt very soundproof againt street noise. Locking the door was also noisy, especially if the neighbor room was right next door ;)
The location is great- easy access from all directions. Breakfast was very good and varied. Possibility to use the kitchen applies during the day.

The room is small, very small and the walls are very thin. So you hear a lot of your neighbours but only the direct ones. So not above you or on the hallway. It's a 60s building and you cannot change it bones.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice. They worked with what they have in the building to make it as nice as possible.

Noisy street next to hostel. We had to keep window open because hostel does not have air-conditioning and summer night was hot. Noise from the cars was loud through the open window. (When window is closed, noise level is fine)
Very good breakfast. Free parking next to hostel. Well equipped and clean common kitchen area. Clear instructions on arrival

A bit dated and not very good insolation between the rooms so a bit noisy.
Very good breakfast for a small countryside hotel. Easy access for someone traveling.

Across the road from the railway station, accessed via a tunnel under the road. Clear instructions for access. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was Spartan but comfortable.

The shower in our room was challenging for my husband as he is 6’4” and the curtain is very tight around the shower space as well as the drain in sink quite a ways into the floor, so not very comfortable for the hips.
The facilities are clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes and ample room to cook your own meals in the guest kitchen. I also like the fact that their patio area is smoke free for all to enjoy. The breakfast was also lovely with ample variety of vegetarian options for all to enjoy, such as homemade granola, breads and even sandwich meats.

There's nothing I didn't like. The B&B is fairly modest, as expected.

Very nice B&B with good value for money. Room was a bit on the small side, but bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and respond asap when communicating by the booking-app.

It is rather simple standard for the bed and bathroom.
The breakfast was really nice. We really liked the homemade bread and granola. Ok variety :-). Easy check in.

The blankets are old and bed sheets in bed had some weird spots. I had to made a bed for my small daughter.

Convenience of being close to station. A bit further away from the centre of town, but that suited us. Bedroom was surprisingly quiet considering there was a main road between hotel and the railway - again this suited us.

Simple and ok bed & breakfast, kind of Youth Hostel. The rooms were ok, the whole building is a bit older, but kept nicely. Breakfast was sufficient and nicely served (buffet style) - NB - they only serve vegetarian breakfast. Check inn is via a door code and keybox, so check your e-mail for codes before you arrive. Walking distance to the city centre
