Although we spoke norwegian, they seemed insistant on speaking english. The rooms, were like many other pointed out, outdated. They seemed pretty clean, but the top of the light on the bathroom havent seen a wet cloth in ages. There was also a rust spot in the tub and it couldnt seem to hold water. A single tiny pillow, probably big enough for a tiny kitten, but not for any human head.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Comfy beds.

Beds not too comfortable and cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom smelled of something old, couldnt tell if it was pipes or the cleaning chemicals. There is only one bus you can take to town centre but its okay.

Food was nice even though some days they didnt have enough of plates, etc. Comfort was decent in the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for everything, like more toilet paper, one towel for each of us and bed sheets. The soap container in the shower was empty when we arrived.

The breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable. The location is quite nice, around 7 min with the e scooter to the city centre. The sauna is good.

Dinner.incl was super simple ( Note: Its not buffet). Beds not very comfortable, Mini Fridge was too noisy. The staff response nothing notably positive to mention (I was a bit disappointed).

Price/Budget accommodation. Breakfast is descent.

Great value for money…. Was just about adequate for my needs. Location perfect for me, but not central for Göteborg if that’s where you need to be. Had read horror reviews, but didn’t experience anything bad. Roms basic and dated, but wasn’t in there for the decor, just to sleep .

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were told that the hotel is so old that the electrical system is not able to support kettles in rooms. Although there is a safe in the wardrobe it was locked and we were told that they are so old they don't work. I wanted an additional pillow which was provided on request. The shower head would not face downwards and sprayed the wall instead. I had to hold it in one hand while I washed my hair with the other.

The room was clean and comfortable and a reasonably good size. The continental breakfast is ok. The restaurant and bar areas were clean and comfortable although we did not use the bar or the restaurant except for breakfast.

The room wasn’t anything like the photo online. We booked a triple room so that we would have a sitting area. Instead there were two rooms with beds in both and no seating area. The staff said there might be other rooms available the next day but never followed up with us. There were tv’s in both rooms but neither seemed to work, and the wire and cables to the tv in one room were a tangled mess. I wouldn’t give this hotel a negative review in the sense it was a good value, but it wasn’t what we needed.

Room drab, bathroom inadequate, peeling paint, furniture old and of questionable cleanliness. There was a middle of the night fire alarm, supposedly caused by steam from a shower, that caused all the guests to have to spend much time in the dining room in in the middle of the night. The same thing happened when a family member of mine was there about a month ago.

Lifts were running all night and I was in room 302 close by lift and I couldnt sleep properly. I could hear the lift sound loud and clear. It was disturbing.

Staffs were very helpful. Food was good. Free wifi.

The room was hotter than the sun. It was warm outside but the room itself was unbearable. Didn’t get a wink of sleep for 2 nights, rolling around in sweat. No air con or even a fan. Also I couldn’t check in until 3pm but had to check out at 11am which I found a bit unreasonable. In the winter months maybe it’s not a bad place to stay but if it’s warm I would avoid the place.

Well located close enough to city centre, quiet area, good breakfast.

No curtain in the shower so the whole floor was soaking wet and spreading to the hall, no extra towel for the floor, just two small towels in the double room even though we booked for three persons, no scraper for the water in the shower

The breakfast, location, parking although a bit expensive, we got a cot even though we forgot to add it in the booking, the restaurant was ok
