Very good as a hotel near the airport that you spend 1 night. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Breakfast is excellent. Very convenient self check in process

Some USB sockets in rooms didn’t work and I couldn’t see any early breakfast in lobby (which was mentioned on booking). Apart from those all was good.

This is the second time I use this facility. It's excellent, location, the rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable and the breakfast is accurate and has what people require for a quick breakfast.

Excellent choice when you have to catch an early flight from Arlanda. Even though there are other choices right next to the terminal, the Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO offers free bus transfer every 30 minutes and lower rates than the airport hotels. Good breakfast, although the warm dishes aren't served before 06:00, so early birds miss out!

Driver from the airport to the hotel was not courteous. Gave a sarcastic answer to my question. I wanted to make sure the bus continued to EXPO because I was the only one left after the first hotel stop.

Very clean, tidy, nice facility. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel is huge with good brekfast options, lots of vegan stuff as well. The Social Restaurant menu is absolutely delicious. Shuttle is reliable.

Nice room, great breakfast and lounge place with many games. Also a spacious playing room. Our kids loved it! Tasty food at the restaurant and friendly staff!

The shuttle driver doesn't help with bags, which would be hard for some travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay. The self-check-in was helpful as the staffing was minimal late in the day. The room was a bit of a walk to another wing of the hotel. I was pleased to see a comfortable sitting chair, 2 twin beds and a large bathroom. There was ample space to put luggage. I slept very well and enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and a short ride to the airport. Definitely plan to be at the pickup point early to make sure there is room to get on. I highly recommend this hotel for the night before departure from Arlanda.

No garbage can in the room. Only a tiny garbage can in the bathroom that was broken. Also, no floor towel for the bathroom.

Vert clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable and and even at 12AM staff kindky greeted us and checked us in. Breakfast had a ton of delicious options to pick from.
