I have mobility problems and it was not very easy to get around the breakfast counters with sticks or a wheelchair. There was only one toilet near the restaurant and you needed a key to get in. If it was locked you had to wait. There was a beam in front of the main window that showed the view of the harbour so you could only see it from certain angles and not from the bed.

We were near the ferries that took us to the city and from which we could see a lot. We had a superior room with a view and it was nice to be able to see the water and the boats. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly.

Stuff were excellent, very obliging and reception staff (Birgitta) was super friendly and helpful. We used the spa one day and it was super organised and relaxing. Restaurant was good and a nice selection on the menu. For us even though this was out of the centre the surroundings were perfect

On booking the spa was supposedly included with the stay. We arrived back to the hotel earlier than we needed to use the spa having booked our time slot the day before. On arrival we were told this was no longer included and we had to pay, this wasn’t mentioned to us by reception on arrival which was a little annoying. Not much going on around the hotel, although looks to be an up and coming area with lots of construction going on.

Nice clean hotel, rooms were a reasonable size. Cheaper than most other similar hotels in the city. Little outside the city centre but has great transport links that are easy to use. Some construction work suggests the trams are also being linked to the area.

Opening hours for bar and restaurant. Was not open during the day and not a lot of restaurants nearby. Also staff really nice but not very keen to give service (always had to stand up and get waiter, clear empty glass ourself) even if they were so many and were visible.

The room needs to be cleaner. Lots of stains, spots on the chairs, carpet, sofa, etc. This type of hotel must not have such a stains.

Parking was charged. The menu in the dining room was limited. Their deluxe room with a view of the old harbour was a difficult shape, and space was therefore very limited This aspect was not good value for money.

Nice hotel and good views from the roof. The spa was small featuring 2 jacuzzi's (inside), 1 jacuzzi (outside) and a sauna - you had to pay for it, but it was perfect for relaxation. The rooms were a good size and included coffee facilities. The hotel is located just across the river, but the boats (free and paid for options) are frequent. The breakfast was lovely and included a good selection of food choices - cooked breakfast, pastries, cereal, cold meats. The dinner options were also very good. Overall a lovely hotel, friendly/helpful staff and a quiet location. It would be nice if some time in the spa was included in the room price but that's not a deal breaker. Would recommend the hotel.

Location is good if you are visiting the science park area, but not so optimal if you intend to visit the city centre. City centre is only couple of kilometres away as the crow flies, but it is on the other side of the river Göta river. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean and modern as always in Radisson Blu.

It would have been nice to know about the cleaning rules. I understand that the planet has to be saved, but since you are presented as a top tier hotel I would like to clean the damn room, not selectively clean it as I have paid a full price. Also on the spa there was a couple of infant about 6-7 years old which I find it disturbing....and quite odd to be in sauna.

The room was had a nice bathroom with huge hot-tube and nice cosmetic for it.
