It did feel quite corporate rather than homely. We were charged a supplement for an extra child’s bed and I thought this was included in the original cost.

Well located, close to the train station and the centre but also quiet. The breakfast was fantastic, a huge range of choice for all tastes. Staff were very helpful and especially kind to our little boy

Breakfast may look nice but actually full of second degree food choices, breads were not good. The hotel chose the cheaper food type for customers. Stayed on 6th floor, unfortunately the door slammed when neighbor rooms opened and entered the room. got woken up in the middle of night a couple of times. Suggest to remove refrigerator in the booking description since the hotel had removed most of the fridge in their rooms.

The lady in the lobby was helpful, helped to change room type as I booked a room with refrigerator but turned out Radisson Blu have removed all the refrigerators in the room type already.

The room above ours was noisy , we could hear loud voices and lot of pounding of feet when trying to get to sleep. I reported it to reception and they spoke with occupants, and it improved a little thereafter . Reception advised me that some of rooms have carpets and some have parquet flooring, which is a lot noisier

The design of the room is weird. The door is outward open, and the Bed is right at the entrance. One switch turns off all the lights at the table and seating area. Cannot turn on the individual light once the single switch is turned off. The wake-up call requests M3 and/or M1 for wake-up calls were ignored. ( 3 out of 5 times)

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. It's in a good location, the breakfast is good and plentiful, and above all, it has a proper coffee machine, which is quite rare in Sweden. This time it was quieter there and therefore more relaxed, because it was already August. But we have also been there in July in other years, and then it is packed with people, which makes breakfast stressful. This is also the case even if you have to know in advance what time you want to have breakfast and have to sign up for it.

Was fixed quickly by the staff but since our room was on the last floor, it was pretty warm when we checked in and also at night.

The location was great for us, it was clean and modern. The breakfast was good too. The reception staff was really nice when we told them it was our first night away from our baby, and gave us an upgraded room. That was appreciated :) they were also really prompt in providing us with a floor fan in the middle of the night when we informed them that it was warm in the room.

Breakfast was OK in quality, but seating and buffet were cramped and difficult to access, layout weird, coffee machines with waiting lines. Room was weirdly cut (bathroom in the middle) and not well protected from inside noise.

The furniture is extremely old. The bed was broken and wasn’t fixed even though we requested to change the room or have the bed fixed.

However, several issues affected our stay. The iron and the telephone in the room were not working, and the TV was also out of order. Despite staying for three nights, the room was only cleaned once, and the bed sheets were not changed at all. These maintenance and housekeeping concerns took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The only downside was the shower, which could definitely be improved.

I really enjoyed the hotel's great location, the delicious food at the restaurant, and the excellent breakfast. It all made my stay very pleasant.
