The bathroom in the room as well as the jacuzzi/sauna area downstairs could use a renovation - looks like it's been 30 years since last time.

Great food and service in the restaurant. Clean and tidy all through the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Water was a bit cold in swimming pool. We couldn't swim there as long as we would have wanted.

Beautiful historic hotel in the center of town with excellent location near train station, main city square, shops and restaurants. Really friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast spread. And fantastic restaurant with high level cuisine frequented by locals.

The cost! More expensive than Stockholm! It was a noisy shoe box. Everything was crammed into a tiny space. Coffee making was 4 coffee sachets & 2 herbal tea bags. No black tea. We bought yoghurt for our early breakfast but there wasn’t even a fridge to put it in. If you are a ‘big’ person you wouldn’t get into the shower as the opening was too snug. Breakfast included, pool etc. we’re in a different building on a different street. Booking.com was cheaper than walk in rates.

It was available and we didn’t have to sleep under a bridge. Arvika and surrounding area is very nice. We had to leave early so missed the breakfast so I can’t comment on it.

We have lost our luggage at your storage. We asked for storage and you guys looked it in for us. Now when we got home, my gifts and medicine is gone. This is not okay! Our room was so ridiculously dirty , the shower was really dirty, the cleaning staff did a really dirty job. We stayed from 18 - 21 July. We left over 5000kr nok, and this is what we got! So disappointed!! My gift from husband and our medicines is gone, only our packages is here, but empty! Stolen from our luggage. I actually feel that we should get our money back, and replacement for our gifts and policies should be talked to about Medecine. We also payed 1000kr for something that the staff sets on our room, I can’t believe that some sodas cost 1000kr nok!! We got blamed yesterday for our wc was full, staff came in the end, but we needed to call many times before they come. Staff didn’t clean our room either. I’m so shocked and sad that we chosen your place to celebrate our anniversary ! We Don’t Recommend Scandic Arvika!

The breakfasts were brilliant- such variety. The room was comfortable and clean with enough space for my daughter and I to function and she was able to work in the room also.

The room was facing to the atrium with the restaurant. We weren't able to open window and to take curtain off. Absolutely too much for the room in complete darkness!

Location was ok also breakfast and staff.
