5th floor is not ideal when you are travelling with a dog. He is very good but you always worry that there might be an accident on the route down to street access.i

There were no indication of what allergens contain the food at the breakfast. When I asked the stuff they said they didn't know which food is ok for lactose intolerant people, except youghurts and butter in dedicated fridge. additionally there were no coffee and kettle in the room and I had to go to ask it myself at the reception where they askked me several times if I really needed it... I had to bring it to my room also myself.

I did not expect to have to pay for parking in the hotel lot. I should have been notified when I booked the room that there would be this charge!

There was some noise from the passing trains but it did not disturb my sleep. I wish there was a water kettle in the room.

The restaurant on site was good both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient. Nice view on the canal (if your room is on the right side of the building).

The room is smelly (also noticed this on my last visit), furniture/interior is a bit aging and could use an overhaul.

City location, friendly staff, nice hotel. Great bikes for free rental. Very useful.

The rooms are dated and need a freshening up to bring them back to live. The room was steaming hot (26 degrees) when I arrived and had to switch of the heating to be able to sleep in the room and open the windows to let in the cold air because there is no airconditioning. The day the room was cleaned the heating was turned up again and had to do the same procedure to cool down to room. The tv had only 13 channels and some had no sound and all are Swedish except for 2 news channels. There was no coffee or tea at the room or a bottle of fresh water.

The breakfast buffet is super with so much choice and fresh products. The proximity to the city and airport is a big plus.

The WiFi!!! I used the free access network, and also asked the staff for the password for the other. In both cases, the internet speed would constantly drop (to 100 kBit/s). I was travelling for work with a lot of stuff to cover remotely. It was basically impossible. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of furniture, but that was not a major issue.

The hotel is located close to both the airport and the downtown area. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers excellent variety.

The hotel seems quite old, you can definitely see it from the furniture choice / design, but it was a lovely stay nonetheless :)

The pillows were a little small. Also no coffee making facilities in the rooms but plenty of coffee available at breakfast.

I liked the reception staff, who were very friendly and helpful, both the one who checked me in and (in particular) the one who checked me out. I also liked the breakfast spread, which was well presented and good with plenty of variety. Room was nice and quiet. The price was very reasonable, but then Sweden is surprising reasonably priced in general, these days.

The basic necessities in the room like , a tissue box, no sugar , no milk in the coffee tray, the toilet needs mordanisation as the glass partition is not convenient to manage. Could have been better looking at the location and the price.

The access as it very close to train station, next to water body facing a stream , lots of greenery. Nice helpful staff.
