The soundproof of the room was really poor between. For some reason, I didn't face any issues with the exterior noise but from the next room. Snoring and conversations could be heard which were causing issue with the night sleep. Reception provide me with ear plugs and offered to change the room. I tried with the ear plugs and manage to sleep.

Really nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. The hotel is close to the centre and right next to the main train station.

Bathroom is pretty small and the floor would be all wet after taking a shower.

The location in Central Gothenburg is super convenient. Breakfast is outstanding (just make sure to book your time slot when you check-in!) ; the bed was so comfortable I struggled to get out of bed!

The room we slept in was rather small - we almost had to edge around the bed. But everything was clean, nice and working!

It is very clean, decently convenient in location, the location next to the tracks did not bother us because of soundproof windows, the staff is extremely nice, breakfast is excellent and the breakfast area is cozy.

Kettle in the room would have been lovely, but wouldn’t put us off staying again.

No proper bar, no proper cleaning in room only bins changed and got toilet roll despite using same towel all week and were soaking. Stair way was all dusty and dirty not cleaned often

Breakfast scheduling basis. We did not have the choice to have breakfast for instace at 8:00 so we were given only two options 7:00 and 9:45

The windows faced the railway tracks. While they were soundproofed, opening them for fresh air would bring in noise. The room has central ventilation, but no air conditioning.

The location was super close to Central Railway Station (7 min walk), city centre (10 min) and other public transport stations (8 min). Rooms were clean, not very spacious, but okay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, from oats and pancakes to two kinds of omelette. It was nice.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and my room was spacious. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious. The location was superb, very close to central station and the trams. The staff was very personable and helped make my stay an enjoyable one.
