Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy honest sense is that the hotel has not been designed/resourced to offer a high standard to the number of guests they try and fit into it. Breakfast, lift areas, lobby, queue for reception all become very crowded. Breakfast was of pretty poor quality (again, expected if trying to cater for that many people) and despite a constant team of hard working cleaners and staff it's clearly difficult to keep the areas as clean as desirable with that many guests. Shower water pressure not great.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist with room availability, bag storage, and access to shower/changing area before check-in. The facilities are good (e.g. the gym/sauna area), the location very good. The room was absolutely fine - comfy bed, blackout curtains, ironing board/iron in each room.

IcelandOur stay was lovely so and I don't think there was much I didn't like during our stay. Mabe one thing. The room got realy hot during the nights but it wasn't an option to put a cool air-conditioning on. That made sleeping through the whole night a little difficult.
The room was realy nice and the breakfast had a good verity of food. The hotel bar and the restaurant looked realy nice too.
