Someone had peed in our shower and there was some smell. But it was easy to clean with bath soap and foot.

Perfect location between the railway station and old town. Lovely old building. Great breakfast.

Building works and due to scaffolding we had zero views. Also builders were walking right outside our bedroom window so we had to keep the curtains closed the entire stay. If we had known this, we would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately this was not communicated.

Room was practical and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation which i am not sure that it was noted when I booked. Due to the extensive wind, the plactic protection that the workers used was making too much noise. It was bearable, but not really nice. Additionally, the elevator was out of order which made the staying a bit annoying as I had to carry my luggage up to the 5th floor and from there to the ground floor the next day. I feel that the hotel in general is really nice. It is historical and beautiful. I was just a bit unlucky.

I loved the staff. Really nice and helpful! And the breakfast was amazing! The location was also really good as it is close to many attractions and restaurants.

We were asked to book a slot for breakfast. In the end no one cared. But it still gave us the feeling that we needed to rush breakfast Last renovation of rooms seems to be a while ago. Black paint in bathroom was chipping off

Central location: just a short walk from the main station and next to two squares. At the smaller square are some nice restaurants. Nice building itself Good breakfast with lots of choices

The room was on the first floor and with windows to the street i front of a bar, where the music and loud voices was really annoying.

Its was a very good classic hotels, the lobby was smarter than the rest of the hotel.

I missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The food provided for our conference was fantastic. Staff member at reception were very helpful and friendly when I arrived. And other staff throughout my four night stay were friendly also.

Noises in the night, couple of times quite a loud noise, probably someone in the room next door - but it sounded like it came from my bathroom!

Staff were nice and helpful, friendly and professional. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable - although a little soft for me, it all appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The location was great, close to lila torg - for food and drinks, also close enough to my workplace.

The staff did not inform about the terrible parking outside when you checking- very bad expirience

You have to pay extra money to get an „early“ check-in even if your room is already ready. That shouldn‘t be the case in a 4 star hotel. Whenever the room is ready it should be given to the guest.

There were some bugs in my room. I complained but I was told there were not other rooms available so I basically slept 4 nights with the lights on. I believe they need to do manintenace and solve the bugs issue instead of telling their customers that those bugs can be found around the whole Sweden. Also, they need to hire more cleaning staff, if they clean more they wont see as many silverfish as I found on my room.
