How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The one thing that we didn't enjoy was there being no option to open the windows at all. Even just a slight tilt would be appreciated to get the air flowing a bit more.
The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to explore Malmö and Copenhagen like we did. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean as well.

Nothing really, it was a little expensive for us but I don't think it was in comparison to the other places advertised

It was unfortunately quite dirty, and some of the furniture were broken. Lots of dust, electricity cables beneath desk, hair in one of the glasses (!), missing wood pieces in furniture, lamp broken.
Location, size of room, view, bed and a great breakfast.

There was a noisy festival outside on the street but I guess it was exceptional. HOtel is a bit outdated but definitaly good, safe and nice

Only the aircondition was something I couldn't control and it was sometimes slightly too cool or too warm.
We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 4 and would undoubtedly book again. We loved the spacious rooms, the comfortable beds, the view over the city, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the delicious and varied breakfast, and the location.

No proper shower door so water goes everywhere. Gym could use an upgrade (e.g., wider DB weight selection, an additional bench, drinking water). Old interiors generally in need of an upgrade.
5 min walk from the central station. Room was spacious. Decent breakfast spread. Good views from top floor/gym.

Bit of a queue to the elevator. No proper shelfs to put stuff in. Doors to adjacent rooms - they were locked but bit odd. No fridge.
Location is great - close to trainstation going to copenhagen, close to every thing in Malmö, great shopping mall in the next building and a very convenient parking as well. The view - we stayed on top floor, the view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and in general the interior was in good condition. Room was good size

Didn't like the carpets in the room, if you suffer from allergies it was terrible , No windows to open(Sealed) so air could not flow into the room as the room was very stuffy , air vent didn't help.

There is no playground for children (unlike it stays in the description of facilities), only quiz for kids in the lobby.

Some of the hotel floors have not yet been refurbished. However, there’s no indication during the booking process to let you know whether you’re getting a newly renovated room or an older one. This was a bit disappointing, as we ended up with an older room and would have happily paid more for a modern one if we had known. While the older room was still decent, it was clearly dated and quite worn.
The hotel is well located near Triangle station, making it easy and convenient to travel to other areas. The Old Town is also just a short walk away. The facilities are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good, though it can get crowded around 8:30 AM due to the hotel’s size going around 7:30 AM is recommended. Rooms on the upper floors offer great views, with a panoramic look over the entire city.

There is no kettle , tea or coffee in the room. Promoting LGBTQ everywhere in the hotel including the receptionist. I’m not interested to see that with my young kids!

The age, needs a bit of an update
The good is it’s location, central to everything, walking distance to shops, parks, eateries. Free parking, nice staff especially the staff at the bar. Only bad I would say it that the hotel itself is a bit dated. But beds were comfortable
