Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryWhen we arrived the trash bin in the bathroom was full with the previous guests’ trash, there was no bodywash. Therefore we asked for cleaning and refill, the next day. Unfortunately, when we got back there was still no bodywash and had to get to the reception to get some.
We liked the design, the view, the breakfast. The inner city is easily reached by commuter train.

IsraelOn the downside, there’s no kettle in the room, and tea or coffee at the reception is available only for an extra charge. The breakfast area can get very crowded, with long lines even though guests are assigned specific time slots.
The hotel is located in a high-rise building, and the views from the upper-floor rooms are absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the 22nd-floor wellness area is a real highlight — featuring a sauna, a gym with panoramic windows. There is even a ping-pong table on the ground floor.

United KingdomWe were disappointed that the room was dusty when we first arrived, but I’m sure the staff would have cleaned it for us if we had mentioned it. On the second day, we scheduled room cleaning, which was addressed. Additionally, we were not pleased with the limited view since the room had no windows. Furthermore, the mirror placement in the room was inconvenient and difficult to use.
We enjoyed the breakfast; it had various options and was very tasty. The location was very convenient, with a very accommodating lounge area. The staff were professional and supported us when we needed help.

FinlandThe windows in the rooms are weird shape, so it's kind of hard to see outside just standing normally. The rooftop bar was closed. Hotel is pretty far away from central stockholm and there was not many restaurants open on weekend. Hotel has no parking, but there is public parking lot close by. The price for parking was 230kr/day.
Hotel is very high tower little outside of stockholm centrum. The view is pretty good from higher floors. Rooms were spacious, but pretty simple. Beds were fine. Best part of the hotel was breakfast which was better than average hotel breakfast. Also, the restaurant was good. Overall experience was good so i can recommend this place.
