Beautiful location surrounded by nature. Clean and comfy, a very peaceful stay! Seemed to be a good range of accommodation, camping caravans and private inside rooms. There are bikes there that I assumed were OK to ride to the village etc.

Stayed for two nights, no sign of staff at any point which is fine but maybe don’t expect a personal touch. Would have been nice to get a little more info on the islands and how to best visit them, I did a walking/ferry tour of a few but maybe taking a bike would have been better as some of the distances were large to walk. The fees of 50 for a towel, 100 for bedding and 250 for cleaning if you didn’t sweep the floor etc I didn’t like at all, I don’t think these are really enforced as no one is around but I’d expect these services as a bare minimum for any place I’d stay.

A very warm & welcoming accommodation on the amazing Björkö island. The family room (1 bunk-bed + 1 sofa) was very pleasant, ergonomic, clean, all equipment like new and well maintained, with very well chosen cooking equipment which you really need. Shared toilets and showers are clean and with enough privacy. Easy and clean laundry also available. Amazing surroundings and a huge playground for kids. Amazing place.

The location, we loved Björkö and were v impressed with how easy it was to get there from Göteborg. The walks and beaches surrounding the campsite were amazing and there is a supermarket in walking distance.

The amount of dust behind the beds didn’t inspire faith in the overall cleanliness but actually it was ok. Could perhaps have been clearer bed linen wasn’t included but it was extremely easy to organise once we were there

I love this place :) Such a good value for the money, comfortable, great environment and perfect location for exploring the Gothenburg archipelago. The communal kitchen is super well-equipped with everything you need.

We loved the location and the very relaxing atmosphere. We had an amazing time in Solhem. Hopefully, we will be back soon

Well equipped kitchen, nice friendly staff, big area, fun for kids.

Bit of a walk to town as buses do not go at the weekend and are not so regular. Rooms in the main house are a little small.

This is a lovely place to stay and the owners were really friendly. The island is stunning and there is plenty to explore, and lovely beaches to swim at - including one a short walk through the site. The cabin itself is delightful and well-equipped. Beds were nice and everything was clean and well-maintained. Bus goes from outside the site to the harbour or to the ferry stop. Island hopping was easy and free! Facilities were clean and looked after and there is clearly an emphasis upon appreciating nature, the environment and the planet. There is a laundry facility, which we didn't use, but is a great thing to have available. Lots of useful information was provided too.

One of the beds in our cabin creaked quite a bit so probably just needs tightening up some bolts. Not a big issue really. Some mosquitoes came in most nights - not the fault of the site at all but I'd recommend people take some suitable repellent because we got bitten a lot. Maybe take a citronellol plug-in for the cabin itself.

Good campsite with a large area. We had a private room in the main building. The campsite had everything you need in the kitchen to cook and dine. Thank you
