The location and activities.

The location, environment and nature were wonderful. Food at the restaurant was fine. The cabin was good as well, after some initial figuring out who was going to sleep where

Having to pay extra for using the quite small swimming pool Cleaning not being included in the original costs No Wifi at the edge of the park. Due to the weather it cost me a lot of mobile data. I complained about it but the staff seemed to accept it as normal

The room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest. The sofa was full of stains and the facilities very outdated overall. The terrace was large and nice, and the restaurant decent except very slow service. The parking spot had a high sand wall presumably due to snow clearance in the winter, didnt notice a huge piece of rock and almost broke the car as well. The heating didn’t work properly, and the bathroom floor heating was set to 45 celcius when we arrived… No wifi.

Cabin was lovely perched up in the trees with a view if the lake. Indoor pool was warm and could open the roof for great view. Staff friendly.

The only complaint is that there is very little to do in the surrounding area. No real sites of interest to visit. We filled the days with canoe trips, mini golf and the pool but for a longer stay might get bored.

Nice surroundings. Good playground for kids.

It's nice to have a warm enclosed pool outside when it rains.

The house is quite small, and to get to the bed in the living room, you have to climb really high. The bed is practically half a meter below the ceiling. The mattresses are only 3-4 cm thick. When we arrived, the house was just okay in terms of cleanliness—dusty with dog hair on the sofa. The hot water is great for one shower, but the second person has to wait for the boiler to heat up again. From August 11th, the restaurant and pool bar at the campsite, where you could get breakfast and possibly dinner, were closed because the summer season was over. So from mid-August, there's no food service available.

Very good planning of the buildings and amazing views especially sunset.

The restaurant was not open during our stay. The food in the Pool Bar Kiosk was not healthy. (Fast food service) The big pool should be not covered by the glass ceiling while the weather was hot enough.

Everything else except 3 major issues described under 'did not like' were nice. Great place for swimming and kayaking.

There were 3 things my kids asked for when selecting a cabin for the weekend. Free wifi, tv, and swimming pool. And when I was booking your cabin, all 3 were confirmed. In my particular offer. I especially doublechecked since l know that not all the pools are open before the summer season. And your site informed that the pool is open in our dates of the visit. However my daughters going to swim were informed that pool opens next week. Same with wifi. It did not inform that wifi is available is selected places, it was listed as available in our cabin. And it is not. Same with tv. We had 2 tv-sets but no programmes and no wifi to connect to anything that we have private access to. When I complained about it during our stay, I did not receive any answer for 6 days when I started the mediation procedure via booking.

This place is located in a beautiful area, the camping trailer was very comfortable for our family of 5 to include 3 kids (4,7,7)

The property advertises a kids club, and a pool. Though we did not expect the pool to be open one the winter, it was not stated on their site. More disappointingly, the kids club was not in operation during our stay and that was not mentioned on the site. The site should put at which months of the year their accommodations run.

The place is perfect for my kids very nice and clean the cabin.

The was so cold i think they need a little bit warmer so people can enjoy the pool.

Sad that you should pay extra money for sheets and towels 🥲
