The location is excellent, very nice. The rooms were clean and the common areas where generous and accomodating, with the exception of the kitchen which is rather small

Denmarkthe manager unfortunately got sick, this I assume is the reason that one morning the common area with bath and kitchen was unlocked late in the morning (around 09:00), which was a problem. the stairbed was quite wobbly, made us feel uneasy.
good location, feels like an authentic swedish building. only accommodation I could find in Angelsberg.

In the “Important Information” section at the bottom of the listing, it mentions that bed linen and towels are not included and that you can either clean the space yourself or pay a cleaning fee. However, the actual costs and details of these options are not clearly stated upfront or in the “Property Policies” section, which can be misleading for budget-conscious travelers. Here are the additional fees: * 180 SEK for linen (includes towel, bed sheets, pillowcase, and sleep blanket) * 180 SEK cleaning fee * 145 SEK for breakfast Given that a single room is approximately 447 SEK, the total cost—if you choose to pay these fees—can reach around 952 SEK. While the hostel is in a beautiful location, it would be helpful if these additional charges were clearly outlined on the main profile page, or if guests had the option to select extras (like linen and breakfast) during booking. Czech RepublicUpon arrival I was charged for bedsheet ( that was not even ironed ) breakfast and cleaning. These fees themselves were 120% of what I paid on booking.com. In other words I paid more than double the cost of the accommodation for basic amenities. Which means that for the money I could have stayed the night in a normal hotel. Breakfast was super basic, bread, jam, chese, one boiled egg. I expected somebody makes me eggs or offer something. Basically the owner does not really care for guests. Stay but bring your own linen and skip breakfast.

PolandThe whole place feels neglected and not cared for. Dirty kitchen utensils and common towels in the kitchen or at the sink, bins are not emptied for days, spider webs and dead bugs in almost every corner... But none of it would matter if not for one thing. My main reason to travel to this place was fishing from a boat alongside nearb lake's shores. While booking, months before arrival I asked if row boat is available and I was informed there wasn't one, but a canoe is available. I agreed as it is enough for my purposes. After arrival I found out that the canoe is not in or near the lake, but stacked in the garden at the property, some 200m uphill from the lake. It was covered in moss and weighed +/- 100kg. This fact ruined my fishing plans and therefore the overall enjoyment of vacation. I was charged for the canoe rental. I wanted to pay in cash, but owner declined. I was made to pay with a card.
Amazing location with great view and surroundings. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathrooms were fine, hot water available, fridge that really cools and kitchen that heats. Well connected due to regularly scheduled trains and buses.
