Super clean and modern apartment with everything we needed. In a lovely, quiet location, close to a metro station and shop. We were staying for a concert so super easy to get to Strawberry Arena as well as the city centre to explore. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Self check in was super easy.

The curtains didn’t quite pull fully across so couldn’t fully shut the outside light out, and as our room was the first one by the main door we could hear other guests entering and leaving.

The apartment was very spacious, plenty of room for three to sleep, cook, dine and live in. Furniture was new, simple in design, functional and comfortable. Kitchen equipment, crokery and cuttlery complete, down to a pasta ladle and garlic press. An efficient fan was provided and it adequately dealt with the hot August weather. Everything in and about the apartment looked new or like new and was squeaky clean. We appreciated the laundry room with a dryer downstairs and the smart access system and elevator, all fitted for use from a wheelchair. Communication with the management was excellent and the housekeeping staff very kind and helpful. The residential vicinity does not appear touristy at first, but we walked around days and evenings, and it's a calm district, with lots of trees and playgrounds. We even discovered a splendid waterfront promenade 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, with an open-air swimming pool, kayak rental, a beach and stables.

Windows in some apartments, like ours, face a set of industrial-grade air conditioning units. These things are noisy. And they work 24/7. Sleeping with a window open is basically out of the question. The hotel even provides complimentary earplugs. Unfortunately, sleeping with earplugs for a week is out of the question too: bad for your ears. With the window closed it's quiet enough to sleep, even though the humm is still audible. Perhaps the management could negotiate with Valneva placing an acoustic barrier to suppress that noise. Until then - if your're coming for a longer stay in summer - I'd advise asking to be placed in a room away from these. On the bright side: they're air intakes. At first we thought they were air exhausts blowing right in our windows. And it's a Valneva/NorthX Biologics complex with biosafety level ratings. Gave us some extra thrill at first: vacation in Raccoon City :)

Very well equipped, perfect for preparing meals in the morning and evening. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Not spotless clean. Some pieces of furniture weren’t so well adapted to being with kids (eg. glass lamp stands, we were afraid to damage them so we move them to a cupboard).

Matratze was to soft and didn't know how to open the windows.

Clean spacious room and washroom. The host is approachable and overall it would have been a good experience if the room wasn't too bright and warm. However, we were told that the fans were on order but not delivered in time. So, this might be fixed when you visit. Confirm this before you book that they've fans now in the rooms. Also, carry something to cover your eyes while sleeping.

Too warm (had to buy a fan to survive) and curtains don't work well in blocking the sunlight, not the best when the sun is bright and almost always there in Stockholm during the summers. It might be alright for you but this was unbearable for us, hence buying the fan for the second night.

Location has good public transport connection, the Solna shopping mall is 15 min walk away, functional layout of the apartment, paid parking on site, washing machine + dryer in the basement, responsive customer service.

We were offered a paid cleaning option for our 8 night stay, which most hotels would include in the price.

Fully equipped ! Really clean

The location. It is situated around 10-minutes walk from the metro station .

The apartment was clean, cozy and very well equiped. In the kitchen was everything you could need. 10 points for hairdryer with the diffuser. The location was very quiet and with good connection with a bus or metro to the centre. Easy access with code locks.

It was said that recycling is encouraged but walking 10+ minutes with full bags and a baby pram (with stairs in the way) is not very convenient. I would recomend to have sorting boxes by the main trash box as it is in the rest of Europe.

Very conveniently located close to the bus stop and near convenience stores. The facilities were excellent and my stay was very comfortable.

Not having a staff at the reception desk felt a little odd. I had an issue with my check out dates and I would have liked to have had a face to face conversation. But the person at the other end of the line was very courteous and I got the resolution I had requested.

We stayed over Easter and booked last minute, it was perfect. We arrived late in the evening so keyless entry was perfect for us, the instructions were straightforward and everything worked first time. The room was spacious and really well equipped - everything you could need. It was lovely to find coffee and a coffee machine in the kitchen as well as a proper oven/hob, full size fridge and dishwasher. There were also plenty of cups, glasses and plates which was great as we tend to have breakfast before going out. The building was quiet and we all slept well.

The property is a short walk ~10mins to the nearest transport link and then about 10mins into central Stockholm but that was fine with us.

Location

The apartment was renovated so everything was new and clean. It was very spacious and comfortable. No carpets and all the facilities available if you want to cook. The location is not central but quite easy to get to the center about 15-20 min by car.

Car parking was affordable but could have been included.

A little too far from the metro station

We were a group of 11 and we booked 3 rooms, that were really cozy. The owner was very helpful and let us check in earlier to leave our luggages in the rooms. Great experience!
