With no A/C; room was fine with rear door open-kind of warm with door closed (at night) and no window on that side to get cross-ventilation. Some bugs in room at night.

Interesting grouping of several buildings and a main house; all adjacent to charming lake. Quiet and felt more remote than right off a main road.

Everything! It was absolutely extended my expectations! It is so well organized and has all: an restaurant, an patisserie, a garden with tables and chairs, rooms with the lake view, benches in a garden. All food at the restaurant is organic and so tastefull! The breakfast was delicious, with home made nutella, strawberry jam, sausages, with a delicately chosen cheeses such as brie. The position of the hotell is also excellent, because it is next to lake, but Vaxjo is also near. We had a picnic day in the Hisso Naturreservat that is also near and beautiful area. I would definately come back!

The Tofta Strand Hotel is a wonderful hotel near the lake. Incredeable landscape, rooms are comfortable, enough space and the living room together was great. The breakfast was so delicious and we enjoyed it every day - it was so great. We loved to be here and will come again.

I had a ground floor room with footpath next to it, people walking past so I had to keep curtains closed to retain some privacy. A small fence outside the personal terrace would have helped. When taking a late breakfast, be aware that some parts of the buffet might have run out and you have to deal with the leftovers.

The atmosphere, the beatiful view on the lake.. We had rooms in the newest building which has a nice huge shared space with kitchenette and sofas in the centre, and apart from the personal terrace also a shared terrace. The entire estate is spacious and has a tranquil vibe.

Nothing to hang the towels in the bathroom. Not a single crook or anything:/ we used the ones for jackets in the room. Cold floor, guess because it was outside the season so some small carpets for when u get out of the bed would do-we had our slippers with us and we managed. The ice trays at the breakfast. Everything was wet and dripping from sitting directly on ice, i assume a tray iver would do the trick to hold all the goodies cold.

The location is so beautiful. Elegant alleys and breathtaking views of the lake.The nice little details on the alleys with old benches and. Breakfast was excellent. One of the best i ever had. Wide assortment. Nothing beats freshly baked different types of bread . The spinach roll is to die for:) and the room where the breakfast is served is so elegant. Room was comfy. Free parking a big plus
