a nice and cozy place. Has a free parking. the restaurant was good. Around lots of green area with a lake. Very nice and peaceful.

Interesting grouping of several buildings and a main house; all adjacent to charming lake. Quiet and felt more remote than right off a main road.

With no A/C; room was fine with rear door open-kind of warm with door closed (at night) and no window on that side to get cross-ventilation. Some bugs in room at night.

Everything! It was absolutely extended my expectations! It is so well organized and has all: an restaurant, an patisserie, a garden with tables and chairs, rooms with the lake view, benches in a garden. All food at the restaurant is organic and so tastefull! The breakfast was delicious, with home made nutella, strawberry jam, sausages, with a delicately chosen cheeses such as brie. The position of the hotell is also excellent, because it is next to lake, but Vaxjo is also near. We had a picnic day in the Hisso Naturreservat that is also near and beautiful area. I would definately come back!

Bedding was not adequate.

We would have preferred to stay in one of the adjacent cabins instead of the main building.

Doors shutting loudly because of our room next to the the stairs and outdoor area in the main bldg.

It was a cozy place with a beautiful lake view. The hotel rooms were in separate townhouses. Clean and nice with friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room but worked in other areas. Highly recommend this place. Additionally, there was a lovely cafe nearby that provided great take-away options for the morning, which I brought along for my clients.

The room was so tiny. Not much comfortable bed.

The Tofta Strand Hotel is a wonderful hotel near the lake. Incredeable landscape, rooms are comfortable, enough space and the living room together was great. The breakfast was so delicious and we enjoyed it every day - it was so great. We loved to be here and will come again.

We don´t know that nobody will come and clean up the room. If you want and need you have to tell

Perfect location near the lake. You have the opportunity to enjoy the view any time of day.

The first room I had above the bakery had a smell

The breakfast was absolutely amazing--best ever! The property was beautiful and spacious. The staff was do helpful and friendly.

Only that we didn’t stay longer!

The atmosphere, the beatiful view on the lake.. We had rooms in the newest building which has a nice huge shared space with kitchenette and sofas in the centre, and apart from the personal terrace also a shared terrace. The entire estate is spacious and has a tranquil vibe.

I had a ground floor room with footpath next to it, people walking past so I had to keep curtains closed to retain some privacy. A small fence outside the personal terrace would have helped. When taking a late breakfast, be aware that some parts of the buffet might have run out and you have to deal with the leftovers.
