Regarding the mobile key, while the system generally works well, we’ve noticed that some newer Android versions, including Android 15, may have occasional compatibility issues. We now include a heads-up in our check-in details email asking guests to let us know if they’re using Android, so we can prepare alternative access options in advance to make the process smoother. We're working closely with our tech provider to make key access more intuitive and reliable across all devices. As for the lift, the disruption was due to a rare sensor malfunction following heavy rainfall. It’s now fully restored, and we’ve reviewed our backup access procedures to make them clearer and safer. Your feedback about the temporary floor door setup is noted and appreciated, it helps us fine-tune our response in these situations. We hope to welcome you back in the future and when we do, we’ll make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish.
