Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandRoom service is very slow it took half an hour to get a bottle of water. The front desk personnel was not really helpful when checking in, she advised that I self carry all my two luggages to my room due to high traffic when I rarely see any guests checking in at the same time. The hotel at this standard should provide better service given the high room rate that guests are willing to pay.
The hotel was sparking new as they have been renovated recently and the room size is the biggest for hotels on Main Street (orchard)

ChinaReception is too busy, sometimes have to wait in line. In the room, everything is too automated and the light switches and blind switches are counterintuitive. The toilet is not near the door, but hidden inside. No view from the window. Didn’t see the minibar or the tv remote.

PhilippinesA Neck Pillow menu could be helpful. The pillows are too soft and bad for my neck support. The hotel could also offer magnetic chargers in the room on top of USB and plug options if it wants to be more sustainable and eco friendly. Communication and messaging could be improved in the Booking.com app. I was not given a reply on my car pick inquiry from the airport to the hotel.
It looked like it went for an upgrade and renovation which looks great. Modern and Fresh. Breakfast had a good selection that catered to all dietary needs. Location was perfect, just off Orchard Road and close to shopping, dining and the train station.

SingaporeCame here for a staycay on CNY. I loved the service of all the staff. They were very helpful and friendly to my family, including my 3 yr old. There is a hot and cold water dispenser and ice on the floor, which is useful. It is kid friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful. It is smack in the heart of Orchard, which is convenient if you are planning to shop around and rest in between.

We had asked for late checkout but we were informed no rooms available, but were allocated rooms on paid basis. after staying with the property for 4 days and occupying 7 rooms a basic curtsey of late check out at least for couple of rooms could have been offered. nor were we informed we could use our points to book the extra time saving money
