Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The 2 bedroom size is good for 4 and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet.

Though the place has been around for awhile. It is still very well maintained and feels luxurious. Place looks classy and good, accept for some bedroom "white lights" which I didn't like the "white" Staffs were accommodating, well mannered and friendly. Even the cleaners were nice and friendly besides doing a great job cleaning up my apt . Thumbs up to the management!

PhilippinesProperty is starting to show its age. Labels on things such as faucets and air purifiers have faded out. Oven had to be repaired while we stayed due to build up of oil etc and there were several broken lights around the room. Housekeeping has room for improvement as various surfaces such as the tops of microwaves and bottoms of cabinets tend to be dusty before, during, and after cleaning.
Great location and very courteous staff. Rooms and kitchen were well furnished. Requests for a slightly earlier check in, extra keys, and the baby cot were quick to be provided. Welcome basket and birthday cake were also provided which made us feel at home at the property.
