Access for those with prams is tricky, with no ramps at access either side so we had to carry up the stairs at the main entries which was annoying.

Loved the spa and the gym and the recreation area of the hotel. The restaurants are also excellent, and the service of all staff is exceptional.

Stayed in park royal services suite - air con played up a little , one day (Monday ) didn’t replenish coffee . Sunbeds around pool - i don’t understand why there are so few , as a lot of people struggled and even lay towels on the boards . Great area around pool though.

The room is tired. Initial damp smell went away and some noises of lift but if you are able to see past that to the comfortable bed and great value you will enjoy.

The original room we had booked was much smaller than we had anticipated. We couldn't open both suitcases in the one room, and we had no storage space for the suitcases. The room had a musky smell that was making us cough. The desk staff addressed this issue for us as soon as they could

Huge apartment in Singapore with a fantastic view and a great location. Although the underground (MRT) was a 10 minutes walk away, public transportation in Singapore is one of the best, so there were many options, including buses, taxis and ride shares. Bugis and Arab Street, including the Sultan Mosque were just across the road and the shopping, dining and night life was fabulous. The serviced apartments are adjoining the Park Royal Hotel and so there were two lobbies...but it's easier for the taxi to drop us off at the hotel. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our experience! Thank you!

It’s a bit run down and the single lift to access the rooms was annoying. Quite a distance via multiple lifts to access the pool.

Some of the bathroom facilities were a bit tired. Paint peeling, shower screens leaked a little, hot water didn’t last very long.

Location and size of the apartment were great. Having all the facilities of home made it very comfortable with young kids. Pool area was lovely. All the staff were fantastic.

The rooms are very tired and in need of renovation so overall it was a disappointment. There is a huge issue with damp and smells, we saw lots of plug-in air purifiers/dehumidifiers in use. Our first room (2-bed aptmt) was lovely except the en suite bathroom had a horrible drain/sewerage smell, we had to close and block the door to avoid the smell escaping. Reception staff were able to move us to an alternative room the next day (also 2-bed aptmt), the bathrooms smelled fine in the new room but the living room/kitchen had a strong smell (possibly from cooking?) that we just couldn't get rid of.

Amazing service from all staff. Reception staff were fantastic trying to solve issues and always helpful. Cleaning staff were lovely and did a very thorough job every day. Pool bar service by JASMINE was fantastic: super friendly, fast efficient service, delicious fresh juices and cocktails mixed with great expertise. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, a lovely place to relax for a few hours in between other activities, very family friendly. Small menu (similar/same as room service menu) - very tasty reasonably priced and arrived quite quickly (from Ginger restaurant) - highly recommend the club sandwich, pizza, fish & chips and chicken wings. Positives about the rooms: clean (daily housekeeping service), very comfy beds, washing machine and dryer, kitchen seemed well-equipped (we didn't do any cooking), lots of storage space and hangers, room safe, desk with stationery...lots of lovely thoughtful details. We also really appreciated the little welcome hamper on arrival with some little snacks :)

Unfortunately, the swimming pool and facilities of the PARKROYAL were under construction during our stay. With these new facilities soon to come, I would say 10 points! Shower / bath tub needs renovation.

Bizarrely fire alarm was triggered twice during my stay but was promptly corrected as a false alarm. One elevator is not enough. Pro tip: use the other elevators (you can go down but not up) they will bring you next to the 7-11

It was modern (even it the outside doesn’t look that way) Connected to the hotel, makes it easy to be picked up / dropped by taxis. Cleaning staff and front desk employees were beyond helpful and wonderful. Loved the coffee at the lobby!

Lots of works going on in the area, including at the hotel, meaning the usual gym area was unavailable, but the neighbouring hotel made their space available instead.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was of a good size and clean. The staff were super friendly. It was nice that it was linked to the main Parkroyal hotel. There was also a good value breakfast that could be added on each morning which was great.

Check in and out time was too strict and early. A lot of noise due to the construction nearby. You can hear nasheed (correct me if I am wrong, the Islamic song) because the Arabic street is very close. Pool and gym facilities were under maintenance and did not work.

Fantastic location—just steps from the MRT, supermarket, and Arab Street with plenty of food and drink options. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our group of four. We appreciated having a washer, dryer, and even detergent provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the pool and gym were great extras. We stayed for 6 nights, so having a living room to relax in and the option to cook made it feel like home. The stay truly exceeded our expectations.
