Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When I stepped in instead of saying he didn’t open the door for me, he said he should wait for him to open. I think he should be more alert and not to blame customer for being too fast.

VietnamI think a cleaner is just arranged the bed, didn't change bed sheet, that is a weak point which need improvement next time.
Hotel is very near to MRT Station, especially the DT13 and DT22 which I could get MRT easily. The Staff is very friendly. Although the facilities is very basic, it was not a problem for us.

ChileFirst, we checked in and the woman at the reception felt angry or in a bad mood. Then, we have a room in the basement, that when you come in smells like feet and mold, some unique perfume they might use. Seriusly, if you’re charging 120 aud for a shit place that has no window, at least spend 5 bucks in a room spray and get rid of the mold. And, as if that were not enough, the bed was hard, unpleasant to sleep. oh, and cockroaches might give you a goodnight kiss😄 so cute.
