the dorm room has the bed that is not reach to the air con, it's good for someone who doesn't like the cold but for me is a bit too hot as I have to close the curtain to keep my privacy. But it's my choice that I choose to stay at the dorm.

the staffs are very helpful, I left the key room on my bunk bed and need to asked them to open the room door to get the key back. They have a space to chill while you wait for the night flight.

Its close to the mrt station and malls. The place is very quiet. Very clean as well. Shoes are kept at the shoe rack in the reception area, not allowed inside. But its good cause the floor is neat and tidy at all times.

There were no social activities, if you're a solo traveller it's almost impossible to meet other people at the hostel.

As others have mentioned, in the pod beds it gets really warm overnight despite the air con being on full and the rest of the room being nice and cool. I simply slept with my curtain slightly open and it was fine. I’m not sure there’s any other way to solve it. There isn’t a huge amount of seating in the kitchen and it got quite crowded at breakfast time. Maybe a couple more chairs are needed. The laundry room was “out of order” which wasn’t a problem for me, but others may have wanted to use it.

Really great location right in the centre of China town, and super close to the metro station. Despite this, it was nice and quiet overnight for sleeping. I loved the huge lockers under the bed that were big enough for a whole suitcase, and they were digitally locked with the room key so no need for a padlock. I also loved that the pods had two lights - a bright one and a dim one for in the evening. Breakfast was a nice bonus - cereal, toast, tea and coffee. There are so many showers! I’ve never stayed anywhere with so many, there was never a queue to wait for one. And they provided shampoo and shower gel in each one. They let me check in late as my flight had been delayed.

Expensive for what it was, the breakfast provided was the cheapest ingredients possible and you were watched over by a member of staff the entire time you used the kitchen and ate. Rooms were very hot during the night

Everything is good except the water pressure of the shower. It would be perfect if the water pressure could be stronger.

This hostel is just as good as what I've read from the reviews. Rooms are clean and cold enough, public area is clean and tidy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

This is so close to Chinatown MRT station, about 3 to 5 minutes walk only. The staff was so helpful. I was able to leave my bag since I cannot check in yet on my first day. Same with my last day while I still visit some more places to explore. The facility is clean. There's a table to work at night. There are toiletries as well and breakfast too. If ever I will go back to Singapore, definitely, I will stay here again. Good value for money.

There was long stairs to the entrance located upstairs. I had to ask the staff member for help for pulling up my luggage since there is no elevator.

This hostel is conveniently located right by MRT China Town, and there are some restaurants that were open when I was hungry late at night.

We had a very good stay at Wink Hostel. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Chinatown and just a short walk from the Chinatown MRT station, making it an ideal base for exploring Singapore. The shared toilets and showers were always clean and were cleaned daily by the staff. The room was small but sufficient, with comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well, though it had a slightly odd smell if it hadn’t been running for a while. Breakfast was simple but good: toast with various spreads, different types of cornflakes, tea, and coffee. Drinking water was always available, which we really appreciated. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We also recommend checking out their offers for discounted tickets (e.g., for Cloud Forest) — it saved us quite a bit of money. We’d definitely recommend Wink Hostel for its excellent location, kind staff, and great value for money.

Loved the location and the vibe of Wink. We stayed as a family and were grateful to the staff for allowing us to check in a little early, and then to leave our bags for a few hours until we were ready to go to the airport. The breakfast in the communal dining area was excellent, and I loved the location right in the centre of China town and just a short distance to the Metro station.
