“We had a wonderful time at Villa Nostalgia! Maja is a warm and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool and wellness area are truly outstanding – in good weather, we spent almost all our time outside, surrounded by peace and nature. Indoors it was pleasantly cool, which was perfect on hot days. The wine and schnapps tasting, as well as the olive oil, were fantastic highlights. The villa is set in the beautiful vineyard area of slowenia, yet it’s easy to reach everything by car. We took day trips to Koper, Triest, Croatia and Portorož, and the nearby wineries are just a short drive away. There was absolutely nothing to complain about – everything was perfect! We would come back any time and can recommend Villa Nostalgia without hesitation.”

“Spacious rooms, excellent food, good wine, hospitable staff. The location is amazing - quiet, rural area close to Trieste, the Slovenian sea coast, the Croatian border. We bought wine from the owners. We would love to come back!”

“The property is located in a rural area, surrounded by grape vines, olive and fig trees. There are views of the surrounding Istrian countryside between the vines. Our host was very friendly and helpful and even shared some freshly baked banana cake with us. Everything you need is provided - there's a well appointed kitchen and bathroom, with basic cooking supplies. There's a washing machine as well. The bed was comfortable for us, and the area is very quiet at night.”

“Great place, very nice and newly made rooms. Also worth mentioning is a very nice host and the wonderful wines he doues. Make sure you try the wines from his own vinyard with some typical and rare grapes. I took some home with me ... .”
