Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was outstanding beyond expectations!
The apartment features a huge balcony, excellent beds, and a well-equipped bathroom, with additional pillows provided. The view from the apartment is wonderful, and the hosts were extremely helpful. Its location is very convenient, being close to bus stops, including one for Danica Camping. There is also ample parking available. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Slightly on the hot side but the supplied fans did a reasonably good job in making it more comfortable.
Nice clean and quiet apartment with a great balcony and view. Easy nearby parking and close to the village centre. Milka, our host, was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well equipped apartment, we could also use the garden at the house. Nice and friendly owner. Good base for trips to Triglav National Park.

Clean, comfortable and easy walk into local town and reasonable drive to both lakes (Bled and Bohinj). Kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Parking space right in front of house. Very relaxed family feel with owners who were always there (apartment beneath) ready to help or give advice.

That we were only one day there.
Cleanliness, very friendly owners, cute and nice appartment, with balcony and comfy sofa, beds. They have also fridge, owen, TV, games of differend cards - so even if we had a rainy day, we had a lot of fun in there:)

We could not enjoy the balcony on a nice sunny day ☹️
Very spacious and creative apartment. Loved all the colors and details. We were riding out a storm that was passing through the area and this was a perfect spot for it. Good kitchen Lots of hooks and hangers Comfortable bed, good shower Highly recommend

Very clean, well appointed, central, and right on the Juliana Alps Trail. Gracious, welcoming host. We arrived early, soaking wet, and utterly grateful for the welcoming host and the warm dry place to stay. Everything was perfect!

Clearer instructions on the location and parking would be good. It was fairly obvious once we discovered it but still took a bit of back and forth.
The host is incredibly friendly and the room is great. The location is part way between Lake Bohinj and Bled without being so touristy.

Very good apartment for a couple. Located in peaceful area with stunning view to the mountains. Good location for trips to lakes Bled and Bohinj (both marvellous!). Apartment is well equipped even for a longer stay, comfortable bed. Parking spots available along the street - safe, enough of space. Very nice and helpful hosts - as per last minute request facilitated for us extended stay (in high season).

This was our favourite place to stay while hiking the Juliana Trail. Our host was wonderful and very caring, even helping with bandages and ointment for my wife's blistered feet.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Also warm, heating system was not on but it was not necessary that time. Private bathroom, bed so comfy. Nice useful kitchen. There is a lovely garden for enjoying your coffee in the morning. Location incredible nice and beautiful. The host was so kind with us at the checking time. We could talk a bit and share a delicious liqueur.
