We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

HungaryThis was the best apartman I stayed so far. We were 2 adults and 3.kids and were stunned by it. The floor cooling enabled that it was.not hot although there were 30+35 degrees outside. The beds were made loke in a 5* hotel, with lota of pillows and chocolate. Everything is available like at home (or even better): kitchen with everything including oil,salt,sugar,coffe, cacao. Beds were very comfortable. The area above the dining space with the net is an eyecatcher and one of the highlights. We got also a lot of chocolate and a bottle of cold wind as a greating. There were even tablets at every bed for freee use and also some family games and cards. Simon, the ownernis super kind and helpfull. I would highly recommend the appartment to families or friedns.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, in every single details it was just perfect. It is brand new and very stylish, fully equipped with everything you would ever expect from an apartment (actually, even more). We had a warm welcome and our host gave us 5-star service during our whole stay. We were 8 of us, and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. And the welcome amenities were amazing. If you are searching for an apartment nearby the Postojna cave and Škocjan cave, I bet this is the ideal option (Postojna cave is within walking distance). We would love to return.

United KingdomSimon, the host, was.very welcoming and friendly; he met us on arrival and on departure. Simon left us a lovely gift for us on arrival which was lovely. The apartment was very clean and well presented; it was.decorated to a high standard. The apartment has underfloor cooling which worked really well. The shutters kept the apartment cool for when we returned after our visits to the caves and castle. The caves are only a 10 minute walk. From there you can catch the free bus to the castle built into a cave. Doors are opened electronically. Shutters are electrically controlled. There are a number of lights which have controls. The kitchen had an excellent range of appliances including a.coffee pod machine, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There were tablets for the dishwasher, pods for the coffee machine and a.variety of tea bags. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, heated mirror and a washer dryer. The apartment is in a quiet area. The shutters kept the rooms dark when we slept. Simon has left a number of tourist information brochures. Also, there are a variety of family games.
