The view !

Not reliable WiFi Bed not really confortable Ac only in living room not in bedroom

The location was incredible! The views were magnificent and swimming just below the room was unbeatable.

The first impression was been the view to the sea. That was incredible. And the lot of equipment and accesories in the kitchen. The super cold climatic system,what is important when its 40 grad outside. Lot of blanket in the gardrobe.

The lof of bugs on the terrace and they came into the flat too, but its understandable because of the water. So it is not a big problem.

Very interesting location of the apartments. Right at the end of the cape. The sea is gorgeously visible. In the evening we admired the dolphins right from the window. The wind also blew into our windows. True, it is far from the bus, but there is a local taxi here. The apartments are clean and spacious. There is everything for life. I really liked the presence of two sleeping places in different rooms.

But even in these wonderful apartments there was a small flaw, very significant for me. There is a restaurant and a cafe under the windows of the rooms. And they work until 23 -00. Of course, for tourists and locals it is great that you can sit and chat with friends in a cafe on a summer evening. But if the windows look directly onto these establishments, do not expect a quiet evening. You will not be able to sleep until 12 o'clock at night. It is quite noisy. As an elderly person, I wanted peace and quiet, especially after constantly living right next to the road. But for young people who lead a different lifestyle, such a neighborhood may seem like a bonus.

The apartments were fantastic right on the waterfront and were comfortable and clean with fantastic views.

DECENT APARTMENT, GREAT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS

THE PLASTIC BED SHEETS, NOT VERY COMFORTABLE TO SLEEP IN, PLEASE SWAP FROM POLYESTER TO COTTON. WE WERE THERE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER, SOME EVENINGS WERE CHILLI, THE VERY OLD HEATER IN THE ROOM DIDN'T WORK.

The bed mattress was 2 single one on one bed . So ,it's not ideal for couple.

Clean. Nice sea view. Well equipped kitchen. Good system for keys - you don't need to take them when you go to swim. Good location - by beach, and houses provide shadow in front of them. So temperature in rooms was bearable, and big fan, not air-con.

Hard spring mattresses -I preferred to sleep on goach in the kitchen. Annoying music (beats) in front of house in the evenings, though not loud. I'd prefer more relaxed music if any. Air-con would help. Bowls for müsli and scissors missing in the kitchen. Wifi only public and approachable by window.

No air conditioning, but had a portable fan which did the job!

Seaview is amazing, the sea is under your windows, that is perfect. Morning peaceful sunrises. Dolphins about every second day.

Negative: you can not park only in Parking garages. Arze is not available in mean season(full), the more expensive Fornace is 1,8 km far. We arrived in Sunday afternoon(17:30), There was no electric car, even available taxi to take the luggage to the apartment. It was a knockout to take all the packages. Asking the owner about parking situation we received the answer “- google it.” Parking cost 29 euro per day(232 eur/8 days) There is only free WiFi available but all of the tourist around are using it so it is quite slow and not safe unfortunately.(Constructive criticism: 20-30 eur/month could give stable internet connection). There is no air conditioner we knew that because of the close sea, but if you have to leave the windows open you have to accept the loud music in the evenings until minimum 12 at midnight.

Absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Very good location - just a few steps from the beach and the downtown alleys. Well equipped (microwave oven, coffee machine, kitchenware, towels etc.) and clean apartment. The host communicates clearly and on time. Everything went well. The nearby cafés, bars close at around midnight, so the neighbourhood becomes quiet, only the waves of the sea are heard - very relaxing. The local fruit market and a Mercator supermarket is approx. 5-min walk from the apartment. Punta is one of the best locations in Piran.

An air-conditioner and Wi-Fi would make the stay perfect / but the description makes it clear that such amenities are not included.

Great apartment on a great location directly nearby the sea with a North-West sea view in a great city. Couldn't ask for much more. The private terrace (not directly accessible from the apartment but just next door) is a great bonus.

The beds were really not too comfortable for my taste, too soft. The dishes in the cupboard were moistened and smelly. But these are just minor things I can deal with.
